Lähte ski trails are located in Lähte small town, 15 km from Tartu.Ski trails are accessible 24 h for free. Lähte has four ski trails in varying lengths: 5 km, 2.5 km, 2 km and 1 km. During the winter, the ski trails are lit until 9 pm. You can also use a 1.25 km trail with artificial snow. Next to the trails, you find a watch tower. Showers are available in Lähte sports hall nearby.

The one-storey stone manor was built in the first half of the 19th century. The buildings of Ropka Manor are located on both sides of the street of Ropka tee. Preserved manor buildings include the farm hand's house, cattle barn, converted stables and a barn, a cellar and a park. There were three ponds in the park and it is planned to restore one of them. There was an orchard with a regular plan on the western side of the servants' house, which is now a built-up area.The building is in private ownership and can only be viewed from the outside.

The University of Tartu's main building is a truly remarkable and historically significant structure located in Tartu's Old Town. Among the approximately 1 km study trail introducing the life of wood ants, the hiker can feel like a giant in the minuscule world of ants. In an area of 20 hectares there are 200 ant hills, the biggest of which is 1.7 m high; you can also admire the record-high spruce (42 m). The trail has signs, information boards, and bridges crossing ant highways.The trail is for walking only. While hiking on the trail near ant hills, use only the bridges installed there. The Laari forest study trail starts on the other side of the railway.The civilisation of ants offers an experience for both children and adults.

Before heading to the course, you can learn the basics of archery and try out equipment at the practice range with instructor guidance. Afterwards, the archery course awaits, where you can engage in fun or completely serious competitions with friends or family. On-site, you can choose bows of different strengths for both adults and children. If desired, you can bring your own equipment or use the center's rental options, as outlined in the price list. The archery course is perfect for active leisure with a partner, a group of friends, or corporate team events. Come to Kakulaane and put yourself to the test with the athletic adventure that is paintball! Paintball can be played outdoors or in specially constructed game areas. You can choose between a range of missions - snatching your opponents' flag, defending your territory or attacking the other team's. We currently have equipment for up to 20 people, and provide our own referee. Play your cares away! Paintball is a fantastic team game.
