Laidi and Igor Zalekeshin's garden in Mustvee attracts gardening enthusiasts from outside Estonia as well.Visitors are charmed by the quarrystones and conifers, more than a hundred in total in the garden. Most of them, more than 50 varieties, are arborvitae. Both the host and the hostess love quarrystones, so this love has resulted in many exciting garden design elements – stone baskets, pathways, garden posts. Garden patches are mostly covered by stones. Old items are on display in the garden house; a visitor enjoying a walk is enchanted by the small bridges, waterholes, a swing set and a windmill, most of them made by the family. The walls of the house are decorated by paintings of the family's favourites – quarrystones, conifers and cats. There are more than 20 cat statues in the garden.

The largest smoke sauna in Southern Estonia awaits guests on the shore of the pond of Kakulaane Tourist Farm.We heat the sauna with alder for 5–8 hours, depending on the weather and the number of guests. Hot smoke cleans the air and the hot air in the smoke sauna is very healing. When the heating is complete, the sauna is ventilated, and some water is thrown onto the heater to get rid of the excess smoke.After the sauna, you can go for a refreshing swim in the pond in summer. In winter, you can jump into the snow or an ice hole.While in Estonia, you must go to a smoke sauna at least once!

For dessert, you can enjoy our nostalgic snowball soup and sour milk pancakes.Here, you can host receptions, lunches, and dinners for groups.During summers, you can have a good time and enjoy delicious meals in the Hansa Hoov courtyard which has a fountain; various concerts and theatre productions are staged here.

There is a mystic spring on the Laiuse drumlin. The spring was used as a sacrificial spring during the second millennium and considered a holy place by ancient Estonians. The folk believed that the spring is a source of strength, gives rain and drought, causes dearth or ensures a good harvest. They believed the water in the spring heals eyes and many other ailments. A smoke sauna is a traditional Estonian sauna that doesn't have a chimney. The fire heats the stones, and the smoke fills the surrounding room. After the sauna is heated, the smoke is let out through the door before the sauna-goers enter. At Ööbikuoru Villa's smoke sauna, you can take your time and cleanse your body and soul while enjoying peace and quiet. The sauna steam room can accommodate up to six people, and some visitors can enjoy the hot tub at the same time. Kirsi Farm is a cosy guesthouse in Setomaa, near Meremäe. The renovated farmhouse offers a comfortable stay for families. You can sleep in an old barn, a renovated livestock housing, or on hay in the loft. The rooms are decorated with photos of the hostess’s ancestors. There are also Seto folk costumes which you can try on. There is a camping and bonfire site, barbeque equipment, and a smoke sauna, where you can try making smoked meat with the host. Food in Kirsi Farm is made from local ingredients and some of the dishes are based on the family recipes of the hostess.
