Come and experience Estonia's vast natural landscapes in a primal way — by dogsled! Karusaare dogsled trips in Tartu County offer unforgettable experiences throughout the year in the forest landscape of Järvselja and the Peipsiveere Nature Reserve in Emajõe-Suursoo. From autumn to spring, we move on off-road carts and, in winter, when there is enough snow, on traditional sleds. You can choose a shorter trip or a longer journey. It is an appropriate activity for the whole family, including children over the age of 3. The hike begins and ends at the sled dog training center, where the instructor shares the necessary safety and driving instructions. On our journey, we take short breaks to water the dogs, and on longer journeys, we stop by the fire to enjoy a bit of heat, light, and warm food. If you wish, you can also order catering to make your trip even more memorable. Trips only take place when the air temperature is below +12 °C and there is no storm warning or wind gusting above 15 m/s.

The Old Believers Museum in Kolkja is located on the Onion Route and tells visitors the story of the Peipsi Region's Russian Old Believers. The exhibition is in Estonian, English, and Russian and includes virtual reality, where you can experience the Old Believer prayer. We also offer hour-long guided tours in Estonian and Russian. Welcome to Metsa Farm – a place where nature and blueberry wine create a special taste experience! We invite you to visit Rooswald Red Winery, where rustic blueberry wines are crafted using our farm's own cultivated blueberries. During the tasting, you can sample wines made at the winery and hear the story of how a lucky coincidence in 2016 sparked a passion for winemaking and eventually led to the establishment of Rooswald Red winery. Every year, we experiment with new recipes and improve existing ones, making each wine unique and unparalleled. The quantities are small and available only at the farm. Metsa Farm is home to one of Estonia's oldest cultivated blueberry plantations. During the visit, we will walk through the plantation, talk about blueberry cultivation, and the birth story of Estonia's first cultivated blueberry variety 'Are', which is named after the first name of the owner of Metsa Farm. Unique Rooswald Red blueberry wines from dry to semi-sweet and blueberry seedlings can be purchased at the farm. We look forward to your visit!

We are a small family business in Võru County, between the hills of Haanja and near the beautiful Lake Alajärv. Our organic farm grows sea-buckthorn and grapes on Servamägi Hill (222 meters high). We make berry and fruit wines from our own and other local raw ingredients. We offer a year-round educational ‘wine tour’, during which we will explore the secrets of wine-making and then, taste three wines with snacks. During the summer season from May to October, we will go on a tour on the berry field. We will also hold a fun quiz on wines. There is a farm shop.

Luke Manor invites you to discover the historical architecture of its former knight's manor and the enchanting park, where you can find the stylish dollhouse-like Kärnerimaja, which has an information point, an exhibition introducing the manor, and a café in the summer. The main exposition of the Lake Museum is live Estonian freshwater fish. Our freshwater fish are not exhibited elsewhere in Estonia in such species quantity.About half of Estonia's freshwater fish live here, including more exotic species, as well as turtles, lake balls, and crayfish.You can visit 2 floor aquariums and 2 large cylindrical aquariums. There are more than 25 different aquariums in total. There is also a collection of fishing gear, an exhibition of primitive fish, and much more!You can book a sauna raft for a pleasure cruise or a sauna session and use a seminar room with a million-dollar view. During summers, a café is open.
