The distance and pace are moderate and adaptable to the group's abilities. No need to wear sports clothes. As a visitor, the best way to explore the city is to rent a Smart Bike electric bike from Tartu Smart Bike. But you can also come with your own bicycle or light vehicle. You can begin the journey from the River Ahja in Lääniste, or arrange to start from the River Emajõgi in Kavastu village in Luunja county, or another location that suits you. During the forest bathing journey, you will experience the forest through your five senses, have the chance to look both outward and inward, cultivate a greater sense of well-being, and gift yourself with greater physical ease and mental balance. Being in contact with nature, we feel how something inside us settles again. We conclude the journey together around the campfire, enjoying warm drinks and forest-inspired flavors. The journey is conducted with care and attention by Helen and Anneli, who have trained as forest bathing guides in Japan. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Estonia while receiving a rush of adrenaline on wakeboard, water skiis or tubing. Swim in pristine places and dive amongst huge fish. The speedboat will take you to the Emajõe-Suursoo delta in the Peipsiveere nature reserve, which hides several different rivers and lakes, where there is room for everyone and it is safe to enjoy water sports.The speedboat, which we will always rent out with a captain, fits seven persons in addition to him. The trips are suitable for children from the age of 7. The speed can be adjusted and the boat can take it slower.Wakeboarding, water skiing or tubing in Emajõe-Suursoo will take around 1.5 hours.
