In the 60-seat hall of the seminary house meetings can be held and festive occasions celebrated.

In Setomaa, in the middle of the best mushroom and berry forests, there is a small house. There is no electricity and internet, the water has to be brought from a well, the house has to be heated with wood, and the toilet is in the yard. At the same time, you have all the amenities you need for a real holiday – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, warm fireplace, and starry nights. In summer you can hike on the Kääriku recreational trails and in winter you can ski along the hills and valleys of the Otepää Upland. All the skiing, running, cycling and hiking trails are signposted, so you will always find your way safely back to the starting point. There are three hiking trails - the Running Track (5 km), the Lakeside Circuit (2.3 km) and the Seinamägi Hill Circuit (4.6 km). The latter is of particular interest to extreme sports enthusiasts. The Kekkonen hiking trail is perfect for cycling, and you can also cycle along the quiet bicycle and pedestrian track between Kääriku and Lake Pühajärv. Our cozy 4-person cabins, 6-person cottages, and spacious camping area are perfect for families, friends, hikers, or for organizing camps. Villa Tammekann is an architectural landmark, where the Granö Centre of the University of Turku and Tartu operates.The world-famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto designed the building as the home of August Tammekann, Professor of Geography at the University of Tartu. The University of Turku Foundation bought the house from the children of Tammekann in 1998, and then the building was overhauled mainly in accordance with the drawings of Alvar and Aino Aalto. The overhaul was recognised with the Europa Nostra Prize in 2001.The house is part of the National Register of Cultural Monuments and the international IconicHouses network.Groups must book a time to visit the house.

A unique floating house in the middle of the Kalli River is waiting for you – away from civilization and only accessible by water!The floating house is suitable for a holiday in Estonian nature for both colleagues and families/friends. We offer accommodation for up to 30 people (mattresses and pillows are available). When staying here, be sure to bring a sleeping bag, bath towel, swimwear, your own food, and drinking water. There is electricity (with a generator) and a gas stove in the kitchen with everything you need. The raft house has a sauna and a separate lounge, and canoes and rowing boats can be used.The price starts from 450 euros and depends on the size of the group.
