The host of Mesi Tare will take your group on an adventure to Piirissaar, a small island in Lake Peipsi! We start from the Varnja Harbor, where the host will be waiting with a fishing boat. The boat trip lasts two hours, depending on the weather and water level. We will walk with a guide through Piirissaar's three villages and see all the important places on the island, including the Piirissaare Old Believers Museum, the location of the Old Believers' prayer house, the Orthodox church and the Piirissaare Titanic. For lunch, the guide will take you to Zinaida's home, where she will lay out a magnificent table for her guests. (Note: The food must be paid for on the spot.) The day ends with a boat trip back to Varnja.

The National Piano Museum is located in a special building - the historic Holdre Manor.The Art Nouveau-style main building, with its Heimat-style influences, was erected around 1910 during the time of Woldemar von Ditmar. Previously, the manor centre had not been built in a representative style. The architect of the building was Otto Wildau, who also designed the nearby Taagepera and Karksi manor buildings. The aim of the National Piano Museum is to collect as complete a collection of Estonian pianos as possible.By prior arrangement, we offer a musical guided tour with Alo Põldmäe, a composer, singer and music educator who is in charge of the Piano Museum.

More than 30 friendly sled dogs live at the Sled Dog Training Center, and they are eager for your visit! The Sled Dog Training Center in Tartu County offers a unique opportunity to learn about the lives and daily activities of sled dogs. During the visit, you can get to know the dogs better by petting them, exploring their personalities, and observing them in their enclosures. You will also learn about dogsledding equipment necessary and hear about how they are trained and cared for. The guide will answer your questions and tell you fascinating stories about the world of dogsledding. It is an educational and immersive experience that is interesting for families, groups of friends, and solo travelers alike. We also organize various programs and study days to provide a more comprehensive overview of dogsledding and the dogs' deep connection with nature.

Between Hellenurme, Elva, and Otepää, there is a unique opportunity to see Estonia's last historical water-powered flour and grist mill in operation – the Hellenurme Water Mill. Upon arrival, we explore the mill building and views over the mill pond to Hellenurme Manor, then we open the turbine, and the mill begins to work, powered by water. Through the mill's four floors, you can see, touch, and feel the power of the mill, and soon fresh flour and grist fall into the bag as in the old days. In the bread house, you can try breadmaking under the guidance of the Mill Mistress, honoring traditions and telling stories about bread and the wisdom of ancestors. In the bread trough, dough is kneaded from sourdough. Each guest molds their own little loaf from a dough ball, which the Mill Mistress throws into the large bread oven with an old bread peel. Soon, the bread house fills with the smell of bread, and each guest can take their loaf from the oven, which tastes warm and buttery like an unforgettable dessert! Enjoy the romantic play of light and dark and Taevaskoja's charm. We travel with lanterns and kicksleds along the trails of Taevaskoja. The trip is led by an experienced tour guide who tells exciting stories about nature, animals, and the region. The air is full of nighttime mystery. Before the trip, there is kicksledding instruction, so everyone can learn to gracefully and competently use the wonderful vehicle, the kicksled. The trip is intended for adults. We travel at a leisurely pace, taking breaks to chat and look for signs of animal activity. In the mystery of nighttime, we can take time to pay attention to ourselves, our companions, and the interesting things around us.

We offer an unforgettable experience with a haunted dinner at Alatskivi Castle. Travel back in time to 140 years ago when the Nolcken family lived in the manor, and there was no electricity or modern technology. During the evening, the lady of the manor will move through the dark rooms of the castle, telling stories of bygone times and ghostly legends, because the castle is truly haunted! The experience includes a guided tour of the castle and a 3-course period-themed dinner, accompanied by a welcome drink. It is possible to order additional drinks with the courses.
