Peräjärve forest trail guides the hiker through different forest types - fresh boreal forest, dry boreal forest, boreal heath forest, carr, and swamp forest. You will get an overview of the different uses of the forests throughout history, a living example of this are the trees near the trail, which are used to extract resin from.The study trail can be visited all year round: in spring there're a lot of bird sounds and the daphne mezereum blooms, in summer and autumn the forest is full of berries and mushrooms, and in winter you can see interesting animal tracks in snow.

Sääniku Farm Holiday Centre is located on the edge of Kavilda Valley, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is 25 km from Tartu and 13 km from Elva.The Holiday Centre is a perfect place for a family vacation, weddings, trainings, camps, and for simply enjoying the nature. Here, you can enjoy a smoke- and a Finnish sauna. The complex includes a swing, a health trail, a barbeque house, a ball court, and a children's playground, outdoor kitchen. It is possible to organise events in the party hall with catering. We can accommodate 16 people and it is possible to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Tellingumäe's 25-meter-high observation tower offers a beautiful view of the winding Mustjõgi gorges and the hilly landscape typical of South Estonia. Latvia can be seen in the distance, as nearby the Mustjõe River joins the Koiva (Gauja) River on the Estonian-Latvian border. Tellingumäe observation tower is a great place to observe nature and birds. Several rare bird species can be found here. The tower has an RMK campfire site and marked cycling and hiking trails of different lengths, like the Estonian-Latvian joint cultural heritage trail and the Koiva Cycling Trail.

Järvselja nature study trail introduces the forest surrounding the centre of forestry and research. The trail is diverse and passes through a number of forests. Here, you will see the King’s pine (Kuningamänd), which is over 380 years old, as well as spruces that are more than 40 meters high – making them one of the highest trees in Estonia.The trail runs partly on a boardwalk and the route is 1–5 km long. A good starting point is either the Järvselja Hunting Lodge or the guest house, where there are information boards with a map of the trails.Järvselja study trail and the primeval forest represent one of the best locations to discover in Southern Estonia, marked with the yellow frame of National Geographic.

Kopra Holiday House is on the banks of the picturesque Võhandu River not far from Leevaku. The river valley, sandstone outcrops, forest and creeks make for a stunning natural setting.The holiday house is a great place for parties or relaxing getaways. Its large party room and kitchenette have enough room for up to 50 people, while the terrace can host events for groups of up to 60. The holiday house is in a private location well removed from the hustle and bustle of roads and cities, making it a great place to stay with friends and family without interruption.

Veski Sports and Holiday Centre is located 2 km from Otepää on the shore of Lake Kaarna.A favorite place for tens of thousands of campers and an idyllic holiday complex next to Otepää!Depending on the season, you can swim in Lake Kaarna, walk or run in the forest, make a bonfire, ride a canoe or a boat, play different ball games or have fun at the playground. In winter, we will build a 3 km long ski trail, and if the ice on the lake permits, you can also skate. The territory has a beach volleyball court with sand, a ball court with artificial grass, and a football field. No event or camp is impossible for us!
