Männi Farm’s holiday house, smoke sauna, and barn building are located at the edge of a forest in a secluded area and offer plenty of opportunities for a range of activities.
The farm is the perfect stopping place if you love nature. We offer excursions for groups and the farm can be used as a venue for training events, summer retreats, birthdays,and weddings. We also provide accommodation for hikers.

Monument to Karl Ernst von Baer

Karl Ernst von Baer was a biologist, the founder of descriptive and comparative embryology and an academician of the St Petersburg Academy of Sciences. He studied medicine in Tartu from 1810 to 1811 and obtained the degree of doctor of medicine here. He was a professor of zoology and anatomy in Königsberg from 1817. He studied anthropology, geography and ichthyology during his time in St Petersburg. He spent the last years of his life (1867-1876) in Tartu where he wrote his 3-volume collection of articles and speeches and participated in the activities of the Estonian Naturalists Society and was elected its president in 1869.The statue of Karl Ernst von Baer was completed in 1886, its author is M. Opeku.

Hiking trails of the Paganamaa Landscape Reserve

there are three different hiking trails with a length of 3.8 km, 4.3 km and 4.7 km in the Paganamaa , just off the Latvian border in plus, there's a gazebo in . All trails begin at the Paganamaa bonfire site, where a beautiful view of Paganamaa nature can be enjoyed from the tower. on the trails, you'll see a mixed forest with a primeval forest appearance and an old Kazik, with Kikkajärv and greater Mudajärv on the road. at the beginning of the hiking trails, there's also a resting place, which is a good place for bonfire making, camping, camping.

Puurmani Manor

The magnificent Neo-Renaissance style manor with a white main building was built during the time of G. J. Mannteuffel in 1860. In 1918, Julius Kuperjanov established a partisan battalion in Puurmani castle.At present, the castle houses the Puurmani Upper Secondary School.You can visit Puurmani castle and learn about its history in the course of the Forgotten Manors program during the visiting days in the summer. You can also order a tour of the manor house, manor park and the entire Jõgeva County. In the manor, we will look around different floors where you can see the countess's boudoir, a secret door leading to the tower, as well as the count's study and treasury. Helme caves

Located in the manor park of the same name, the Helme caves, are an unrivalled sight in Estonia. Situated to the north of castle ruins, the caves have a white Burtniek layer of sandstone walls standing 3 m high. Unfortunately for cave lovers though, some of the better known caves have already collapsed. Once comprised of seven interlinked chambers, the biggest of which was known as the Church of Moses. Peppered with springs, the caves have a long history; and over the years they have been dug out and used as shelters when needed. Did you know...?: In ancient times the Helme caves were also known locally as the gateway to Hell.Kivialune (under the rocks) was a shelter for Old Estonians during the wars.

Nina blockfield or Kalevipoeg’s Bridge

The village of Nina (‘nose’) gets its name from the nose-shaped shoreline reaching the lake. It is a stone ridge heading into the lake, which is popularly called the Kalevipoeg Bridge. According to legend, Kalevipoeg started to build a bridge to go to Russia, but the devil demolished the bridge. Kalevipoeg was very tired and decided to walk through the lake, where the water reached his upper body. The remains of the bridge or the stone blockfield can still be seen. The stone blockfield, which is located both on the beach and in lake water, covers an area of 0.7 ha.The village of Nina is known for its icebergs.

Hostel Kivimäe

Hostel Kivimäe is located in the territory of Taagepera Manor a few hundred metres from Taagepera Castle. The building is one of the oldest in the village and it was built as a cabinetmaker's workshop in 1830. It was renovated in a manner that preserved as many of the old features as possible whilst creating modern conditions for a holiday.It is particularly suitable for family holidays, company seminars and training courses and other company events.
