The cozy Asian restaurant Ginger Grill in Tartu's Old Town offers authentic Asian flavors straight from the Indian tandoori oven and the Chinese wok. On the Onion Route, you can participate in an Old Believers' cooking workshop that introduces the region's traditional foods and preparation methods. The workshop selection includes onion pies with boiled sugar or making and decorating cookies. The instructor is Natalja Rästas, the first onion pie master of the Onion Route, who demonstrates cooking techniques, shares her recipes, and helps each participant follow along step by step. At the end of the workshop, all prepared dishes can be sampled on-site or taken home. The workshops take place in the classroom of the Kolkja Old Believers Museum. The room accommodates up to 15 participants; for larger groups, a suitable alternative can be arranged in advance. To ensure the desired time, it is advisable to book the workshop at least three working days in advance. Additionally, it is possible to order a guided tour of the museum alongside the workshop, which provides an overview of the history, lifestyle, and traditions of the Old Believers, giving the workshop greater depth and context.

The production of Rüüp wine is located in the village of Ihamaru, Ala Juusa farm in Põlva. We make craft wines mainly from our grown berries and apples. We started growing wines in 2022. We kindly show our activities to visitors: let's talk about how vines grow in Estonia and how grapes become wine, tasting different drinks, introducing a production space that we affectionately call a sip kitchen among ourselves. We also offer accommodation in a holiday home with a sauna and hot tub.

The restaurant consists of two parts: an 80-seat main dining room and a separate private dining room for up to 35 guests. The main dining room offers a cosy atmosphere and WiFi. The small dining room is suitable for smaller gatherings booked in advance (birthdays, company parties).

La Dolce Vita is an Italian restaurant which opened its doors in 2003. Its Italian owners serve up traditional dishes from their country. Its pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven which is unique in Tartu, and there is a wide range of pasta dishes to choose from. Some pasta is imported from Italy, while the rest is made on site. The menu also features traditional meat dishes. The quality of La Dolce Vita's menu is reflected in its simple, authentic components: Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, tomatoes and olive oil. In the summer months you can enjoy the warmer weather on the restaurant's terrace. The restaurant itself is close to a beautiful park, which is the perfect place to enjoy the gelato (Italian ice cream) that the restaurant offers.Home delivery available!

Edgar Tavern is a popular and well-loved eatery in the city centre of Otepää. Edgar's tavern is located on the first floor of the guesthouse. We can seat up to 47 persons.
