Käbliku Brewery is a small craft beer producer located in the forests of South Estonia, at Käbliku Farm in Põlva County.

The tour and introduction to beer-making lasts about 15-20 minutes. We will show you all the main parts of the brewery and explain why they are needed, and how they are used.
Tasting gives you the opportunity to try our different beers. The standard package includes tasting 10 different beers and lasts about 1 hour. We have various types of beer, and you will see how much craft beer can differ from mass-produced beer. We talk about the characteristics and the history of the style of beer being sampled.
Beer can be purchased in cans or by the case.
In the barrel sauna, you can relax in the hot water generated during the beer brewing process and sip cold Käbliku beer.
Accommodation is available through the nearby Käbliku Farm Holiday Homes, allowing you to enjoy our services during your stay.

Contact Konstantin, the owner of Kostja Onion Farm, when the onions are starting to ripen. You can buy any variety and quantity of onions and onion garlands from him. You can also buy mouth-watering onion pies, which must be ordered in advance. They are worth it! For those interested in onion cultivation, Kostja offers a guided tour (in Estonian, German, and Russian), during which he introduces the traditional onion-growing methods of the Old Believers and modern tips for growing onions in your garden. The farm also offers onion wreath weaving workshops.

Haunted dinners at Alatskivi Castle

We offer an unforgettable experience with a haunted dinner at Alatskivi Castle. Travel back in time to 140 years ago when the Nolcken family lived in the manor, and there was no electricity or modern technology. During the evening, the lady of the manor will move through the dark rooms of the castle, telling stories of bygone times and ghostly legends, because the castle is truly haunted! The experience includes a guided tour of the castle and a 3-course period-themed dinner, accompanied by a welcome drink. It is possible to order additional drinks with the courses. The minimum number of people is 10. Come and enjoy the historical atmosphere, delicious food, and mystical stories!

Guided tour ‘Flavours of the Onion Road: from onion pies to chicory coffee’

The Onion Road has many layers of flavours. During the tour, we will discover the local culture through all of them. Participants will learn the secrets of Ivan Chai, eat the famous onion pies of Kostja, taste chicory cake and coffee, and drink local craft wines.In addition, we will make a bag with block printing, learn the story of the Old Believers and the Baltic German landlords, and find out how the locals grow onions.It is possible to order the tour with (additional 150 euros) or without a guide.We will choose the dishes and places in accordance with your wishes and the season.

In Nopri Talumeierei, is addition to independent news, it is possible to book a farm tour of in with family members, lasting 30 minutes or 1.5 hours. You can find out how dairy products end up on store labels from cowkeeping to packaging and shipping to shops. On the tour, you can see and touch real cows, calves, check out the operation and machinery of the dairy, see how the curry, cheese, yoghurt, curd and butter are ripened. Pindi Veinitalu in Võru County is a small winery where unique berry and fruit wines are made from both South Estonian forest products and local raw ingredients. We have wines for every taste – dry, semi-dry, and dessert.The tastings are held at the Andri-Peedo goat farm. During the visit, the Andri-Peedo family will introduce the goat farm while we taste their goat cheeses and the wines of Pindi Veinitalu.

Anderson Brewery in Tartu offers an excellent opportunity to participate in a barbecue and beer workshop, where you can enjoy grilled meat and taste Estonian craft beers! The workshop will teach you the basics of grilling, such as choosing meat, grilling beef and duck breast fillets, and making chimichurri herb sauce. During the brewery tour, we will taste eight different beers, learn about the history of beer, get acquainted with the brewing process, and explore the factory shop and the backstage of the brewery.
