tARTustays Art Apartments

Our four apartments on Ülikooli Street, right on the edge of Old Town, were created in collaboration with four different Tartu artists: Kairo, Maikro, Ralf Sannikov, and Viktoria Berezina. Each room bears the name of an artist and reflects the character of their creations.
In collaboration with Mikrogalerii, we have created a vibrant art experience that extends beyond the apartment walls. You can encounter the works of these authors on the streets of Tartu and in the newly developed creative district Mikro-Venice. tARTu Apartments are an integral part of Tartu’s modern art scene.
All apartments have contemporary furnishings and are equipped with everything necessary, including WiFi, kitchen utensils, a French press, bed linen, and towels. The washing machine is shared. We offer contactless check-in and local recommendations to truly feel present in tARTu – not as a tourist, but as part of the culture.
For us, art is a value, not a decoration. Therefore, we share 10% of our profits with the artists.

Kakulaane Tourist Farm

Kakulaane Tourist Farm is located in a private, naturally beautiful place in Southern Estonia. We offer great opportunities for a pleasant holiday, summer and winter days, company parties, and birthdays.There are camping and holiday homes of various sizes and a large camping area. The tourist farm has a large open-air stage, an outdoor kitchen, South Estonia's largest smoke sauna, sports grounds, a playground, and a barbecue area. We organise paintball battles in the wild and help organise nature tours.Do you like active holidays? Kakulaane can offer you one!

Riverside Villa

Riverside Villa, which was completed in Luunja River Harbour in 1860, is a great place to stay with friends and organise seminars or events.The ground floor has a hall with a full kitchen, old red brick walls, a large-screen TV, and a music system. There is also a spacious sauna. The first floor has five rooms, two of which are two-room. There are beds for up to 14 people. We only rent out the whole house. There are mooring places in Luunja River Harbour for those arriving by boat.You can rent a motorboat or river sauna from us. We also organise fishing trips.

Nedsaja Forest Hut

In Setomaa, in the middle of the best mushroom and berry forests, there is a small house. There is no electricity and internet, the water has to be brought from a well, the house has to be heated with wood, and the toilet is in the yard. At the same time, you have all the amenities you need for a real holiday – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, warm fireplace, and starry nights. And most importantly – there are no everyday worries here!The hut is suitable for a couple, family, or small group (up to six people). Kitchenware, blankets and pillows, and bed linen are provided.

Kanni Holiday House

At our place there is beautiful nature, you can enjoy sauna and make a barbecue. We offer you oven for smoking, grill and Wok-pan. You can also cook meat in underground oven that is a very good to do together and meat is delicious. Garden of the owners is very variety-rich and by request you can also walk there. During Christmas it is also possible to buy a Christmas tree that we allow to choose yourself and to cut it with your own hands. It is like time has stopped at our place even though we situate very close to Tartu.

Kadrina Manor Guesthouse

The old, dignified Kadrina Manor in South Estonia offers guests rooms for two to four people, a small suite, a luxurious sauna and relaxation center, the Short Men's Tavern, and a conference hall. A little away from the manor, near the river, four campsites await guests, one of which can accommodate four people, and a toilet and shower in a separate camping house. There is also a camp kitchen in a separate house where you can prepare a good breakfast and coffee. In warmer weather, you can camp, and there are places for camper vans. You can also order adventures on Lake Peipsi. We offer catering upon reservation. Welcome to Kadrina Manor!

Sunwell Farm’s holiday village

We are a refuge in the heart of Estonia and offer cosy relaxation and wellbeing in comfortable suites, holiday houses and glamping facilities. Our accommodation is comfortable and cosy, inspired by bright and calm Scandinavian style.Free WiFi, barbeque facilities, beautiful views, peace and quiet. Since 2019, we organise meditation retreats guided by Buddhist monks and certified teachers. Hiking, forest bathing, birdwatching and fishing on the bodies of water, nature trails, boardwalks, towers and bogs of the Endla Nature Reserve is just a stone's throw away. You can rent sauna, kayaks and bicycles from us.

Motel Greete

Motel Greete operates in the biggest and most unique log house in Estonia that has no square rooms – from air, the building looks like a honeycomb. The strong supporting beam that runs through the motel was cut from a 230-year old pine. Guests can relax in a jacuzzi, enjoy a wooden sauna, barbecue, fish, and hire a boat to discover River Väike Emajõgi. There is also a tennis court and a volleyball court. The area is perfect for hiking and cycling.We have hosted different events, including weddings.Spending your holiday here will give you positive thoughts and energy!
