We invite you to visit Agirregoikoa Kennel. We will introduce you to our 20 Nordic sled dogs, all of whom are working Siberian Huskies, and we will talk about the history and present-day conditions of the breed. Our dogs are trained, award-winning sled dogs. We will take the dogs for a walk around the two-hectare orchard. You can pet, hug, take pictures of the dogs, and have a photo session with your favorite dog. Siberian Huskies love people and will be happy to meet you! It is also possible to order a sled ride in addition to the visit.

Tähtvere Sports Park offers opportunities for sports and leisure for the whole family. In summer, you can run on a paved or soft wood chip track. There are health and hiking trails in the greenery of the arboretum. There is a disc golf park in the middle of the area. In winter, the Sports Park has artificial snow ski trails and sports equipment, including skis, that can be rented during the opening hours under the Song Festival Stage arch. In the Sports Park, you can train in the outdoor gym, use the playground, and test yourself on the BMX cross-country track, mountain bike skill trails, slackline, or climbing wall. You are welcome to admire the Gothic red brick house of God (architect Wilhelm Schilling). The Church of Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the only Roman Catholic church in Tartu. The cornerstone was placed in 1862 and the church was consecrated in 1899. You will find the painting "Virgin Mary with Jesus" (1905) by Ernst Friedrich von Liphardt and a large crucifix carved of lime tree (1935) in the high-vaulted church.Interesting facts: - even Tsar Nicholas II donated 3000 roubles for the construction of the church in 1894 when Priest Friedrich Zhyskar started raising funds for building the church.

Karula Church has been working in the converted manor granary since 1997. The most special feature of the church is the stained glass painting 'Eucharist' of Estonian artist Dolores Hoffmann which depicts local people as the disciples against the background of the holly landscape of Karula.The doors of the Karula Church are open to visitors during Sunday services. Please contact a representative of the congregation if you wish to visit the church some other time. Interesting facts: • The same building was used as an animal barn during the Soviet times. • The stained glass painting was donated to Karula Church by the descendants of the German squires the von Grotes.

On the Onion Route, you can participate in an Old Believers' cooking workshop that introduces the region's traditional foods and preparation methods. The workshop selection includes onion pies with boiled sugar or making and decorating cookies. The instructor is Natalja Rästas, the first onion pie master of the Onion Route, who demonstrates cooking techniques, shares her recipes, and helps each participant follow along step by step. At the end of the workshop, all prepared dishes can be sampled on-site or taken home. The workshops take place in the classroom of the Kolkja Old Believers Museum. The room accommodates up to 15 participants; for larger groups, a suitable alternative can be arranged in advance. To ensure the desired time, it is advisable to book the workshop at least three working days in advance. Additionally, it is possible to order a guided tour of the museum alongside the workshop, which provides an overview of the history, lifestyle, and traditions of the Old Believers, giving the workshop greater depth and context.
