Pikajärve manor, which is also known as the Cantervilla Castle, is probably one of the cosiest manors in Estonia. The main building (built in 1908) and the vivid quarry stone outbuildings are on a landscape filled with beautiful dome-shaped hillocks, high up on the shore of a lake. The walls of the halls of the eye-catching main building are decorated with landscape paintings and portraits, antique furniture and the light from the chandeliers add festivity and romance. The manor is private property at the moment and operates as an establishment for holding different events and offers accommodation.
The 10 km Pühajärve-Kääriku ski track is suitable for skiers and hikers who want to enjoy the magic of winter. It starts either by the Pühajärve Spa & Holiday Resort or at Kääriku Sport Centre. The 2.5 km Sihva-Kääriku section is lit until 9 pm. The track has a simple relief and is well-suited for amateur skiers. The Ületammi cliff, better known as the Risbieter's cliff thanks to the film The Last Relic (1969), is a sandstone outcrop in the Ahja River Primeval Valley Nature Protection Area, on the Taevaskoja–Otteni–Taevaskoja hiking trail. The murder of Hans von Risbieter was filmed in this place. To the west of the cliff is the Otten's Bridge, which was also used for filming.It is possible to grill and make a fire at the Otten's campfire site near the Ületammi clfif. Camping is also allowed there.

Kalevipoeg's Home has an enormous sledding hill where you can go sledding every winter. But now there is also a separate track for tubes. We have the best snow tubes in the world, straight from Canada. We have 10 of them and we rent them out by the hour. We don't have a ski lift but you can walk back up the hill from the side of the track. A little physical exercise and then you can go down the hill again. Suitable from the age of 4.After tubing, you can visit the Kalevipoeg Museum, the playground or, if you have any energy left, go ice skating.
