The River Ahja isn not that far either, and this is one of the best and most beautiful canoeing rivers in South Estonia.There are two holiday houses with a sauna, WC, kitchenette, fireplace, refrigerator and TV. There are also four huts, two for two people and two for three people (shower and toilet in a separate building). We also have a camping and caravan site, barbecue facilities and a smoking oven. The permanent exhibition of the Valga Museum presents the natural, historical and cultural history of Valga county and the city from ancient times to the present day. This is a lively and modern museum where you will never get bored! The photos displayed here show you the history (nature, time, and culture) of the city and county of Valga from ancient times to the present. The museum is also livened up by models, music, and wax figures. Valga Museum also organises educational programmes, museum lessons and creative workshops. Interesting facts: there is a wax figure of the first Estonian Olympic champion, Alfred Neuland, in the museum.Going to the museum is not a waste of time!

A beautiful bog lake hides in the shade of a pine forest in the northern part of the Lulli bog next to Lake Võrtsjärv. The natural lake is large (23 ha) and very shallow (there is only a metre of water here).The hiking trail starts at the information stand in the car park. Further on, the boardwalk leads directly to the water, which offers scenic views of the lake and the surrounding bog landscape. The short hiking trail (2.3 km) runs around the lake. It is impossible to get lost here, because the trail is circular and everyone finally gets back to the starting point.In the second half of the summer, cloudberries, blueberries, cranberries, and mushrooms can be picked from the surroundings.

The hiking trail starts from the parking area near the Kütiorg Holiday Centre. The trail is diverse, with fairly steep and challenging terrain, so it's recommended to allow four to five hours to complete it. Along the trail, hikers get the best view of Estonia’s largest and most powerful ancient valley – Kütiorg – and can explore old mill sites and other cultural heritage landmarks. In the forested slopes of Kütiorg, there are spruce stands over a hundred years old, as well as exceptionally thick and tall aspen trees. Near the starting point of the trail, there is a campfire site equipped with a grill grate. Good to know: Part of the trail passes through private property, where dogs may roam freely.

Rõsma Holiday Resort, located in Setomaa, directly on the shore of Lake Lämmijärv, fishermen can rent boats and families can rent water bikes. Good to know: in the winter, we offer accommodation for up to 14 people. In the summer, we can accommodate 39 people and we have an unlimited number of camping sites. There are smoke and Finnish saunas, as well as an outdoor kitchen.The resort is perfect for summer days, training sessions, and camps.
