When walking around the Räpina School of Horticulture, you will find an exciting planting area for perennials, and you can enjoy various summer and perennial flowers in the collection garden. In the collection garden, you can admire 50 different varieties of park roses by Rein Joost, lilies of Mart Heering, about 30 varieties of lilacs by Adolf Vaigla, and 20 varieties of vines by Jaan Kivistik.There are more than 600 different species of trees and shrubs throughout the park and the school (dendrological plant material), with herbaceous plants that include perennials, roses, lianas, natural herbaceous plants, and summer plants – a total of almost 1,200 plants.It is possible to book excursions both in the park and in the collection garden.

The university erected this monument to its long-serving professor K Morgernstern.Johann Karl Simon Morgenstern (1770-1852) was a German scholar who was a professor of eloquence and classic philology, aesthetics, literary and art history in the University of Tartu from 1802 to 1836. He was one of the founders and the first director of the University of Tartu Library (1802-1839). He founded the Museum of Art of the University of Tartu in 1803.

Ööbikuoru Villa's café-restaurant Andreas offers an a la carte menu based on the food culture of Võru County, modern trends, and the changing seasons. We place special emphasis on local food; a large part of the food we use comes directly from Võru County farms. We believe that delicious food can be found even in the most remote places in Estonia. In the summer, it is possible to organize wedding parties for up to 74 people in an outdoor tent with a lake view or celebrate festive events in a room with a glass terrace that can accommodate 40 people. Udu Farm is a lovely holiday complex on the shores of Lake Kuremaa. The historical Palamuse and Kuremaa castles are just a few kilometres away.Guests have the use of 12 cabins, a sauna, a large party building, 4 covered areas, an extreme plastic film sauna and a children's play area. You can also rent the sauna complex, which has its own kitchenette and which accommodates 12-19 people on the upstairs level.Boats are available for hire and you can go fishing on the lake.

Kuutsemäe Resort is 14 km from the centre of Otepää. It is the perfect place for a relaxing break or an active holiday, all year round. There is a guesthouse as well as cabins for visitor accommodation. We organise company events for groups of up to 1000. In summer we offer relaxiation for disc golf, mountin bikeing and hiking enthusiast. There are also SUP board rental and variuos hiking trails allow you to try yourself (no matter of the age) on foot or on wheels. In winter you can go here downhill skiing and snowboarding.

At Tõrva Central Square, the priority is given to pedestrian comfort and leisure facilities. Spread over almost 13,000 square meters, Tõrva Central Square has most of the space on the footpaths and activity grounds.Landscaping was carried out on 5,000 square metres and almost 2,000 trees and shrubs were planted. The central square of Tõrva runs from the historic tavern building to the Tõrva Town Hall building and from there on to Lake Veskijärv.Architects Mari Rass, Ott Alver, Alvin Järving, and Illimar Klammer.

Raadi Cemetery is the largest cemetery in Tartu, consisting of cemeteries of several different congregations which were merged as late as in 1961. The congregations of Mary and Peter make up the largest part of the cemetery. There are many graves of cultural figures and researchers in the Vana-Jaani cemetery, as well as in the newer part of the University cemetery.Above the main gate of the cemetery is the inscription in the local Tartu language 'Õnsa omma ne koolnu, kes Issandan koolwa.' The Douglas fir alley in the military cemetery is under nature protection.Previously, the Vana-Jaani cemetery had a Jewish cemetery on the side of Narva maantee and an Islamic cemetery on its side.

The Kalevipoja Chamber located in Jõgeva County, Kääpa includes the Kalevipoja Museum, the Kalevipoja Adventure Park, the Kalevipoja Playground and the Saare community center. In the Kalevipoja museum, you can get an excellent overview of the Estonian national epic "Kalevipoeg" and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the most important events in a playful way. Anyone who wishes can listen to the epic as an audiobook or sit in the "Plane" and watch a short film about places in Estonia related to Kalevipoja. In the Kalevipoja Adventure Park, you can test yourself between the earth and the sky by choosing either a higher or a lower path. Those who wish can also play disc golf. In Kalevipoja's playground, unique Kalevipoja-sized tools or his furniture are placed. And the best thing - all these items have turned into a kind of attraction in the playground, where you can spin, swing or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings...
