Rannamõisa Holiday Village is located in a beautiful spot near Lake Peipus. Bring your family, loved one, or friend, and enjoy the picturesque views on a beach and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Children can have fun on the sports courts and the playground. You can spend your evenings watching the sunset, talking with your friends, grilling, and going to the sauna. The house can accommodate up to eight people (four double beds in the bedrooms). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The house also has a sauna with unlimited access.Here, time stops!

The permanent exhibition Earth. Life. Story. includes nearly 8,000 scientific exhibit items, which tell the development story of planet Earth from the beginning of the universe until the modern day. At the exhibition, you can explore the traces of life from millions of years ago, admire shiny minerals, watch the so-called night airport of butterflies, or track the movement of the placoderm fish from the Devonian era. You can look the first jackal caught in Estonia in the eye and experience the human body through the eyes of a reptile. Visitors will be glad to see the favourites of several generations: the elk, bison, and giraffe. We also have live animals, such as the Python Regius, a turtle, a green iguana, and many other small exotic animals. See you at the Natural History Museum!

The first stone church was constructed in Rõuge in the 16th century. In 1730, the original church, which was destroyed in the Great Northern War, was replaced with one which had an imposing square tower. The church was blessed in the name of St. Mary. The altar-piece "Christ on the cross" by R. von Mühlen is from 1854. In 1860 the walls were made higher and a mirrored arch was installed. In 1930 the church got a 31-register organ built by the Kriisa brothers. The first Estonian pastor in Rõuge was Rudolf Gottfried Kallas.Useful information! You can attend mass at the church every Sunday at 11:00 and in summer, the church is used as a wayfarers' church. Entrance to the tower is for a fee (grown ups 1.50, children 1 and family ticket 3 euros).

Pikasilla recreation area, located in Põdrala rural municipality by the southern tip of Lake Võrtsjärv, is easily accessible and has a strategically good location by a waterway (at the mouth of the River Emajõgi). The place has become well-known as a venue of sports competitions and various public events. Mooska Smoke Sauna Farm in Haanja, Võrumaa introduces the heritage of smoke saunas preserved and honored in Võrumaa, which has found a rightful place on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.By appointment, the tour lasts about one and a half hours. Visitors explore 3 distinctive smoke saunas, learn about smoke sauna traditions, bath whisks, whisking, hear sauna words, and taste meat smoked in the sauna. The smoke saunas are located by the pond, at the edge of the forest, and the setting is beautiful and typical of a modern lifestyle farm. The tour ends at the farm shop enjoying sauna supplies and food souvenirs.

During the tasting, you can sample wines made at the winery and hear the story of how a lucky coincidence in 2016 sparked a passion for winemaking and eventually led to the establishment of Rooswald Red winery. Every year, we experiment with new recipes and improve existing ones, making each wine unique and unparalleled. The quantities are small and available only at the farm. Metsa Farm is home to one of Estonia's oldest cultivated blueberry plantations. During the visit, we will walk through the plantation, talk about blueberry cultivation, and the birth story of Estonia's first cultivated blueberry variety 'Are', which is named after the first name of the owner of Metsa Farm. Unique Rooswald Red blueberry wines from dry to semi-sweet and blueberry seedlings can be purchased at the farm. We look forward to your visit!

The cozy ÖÖD Hötels Rõuge mirror house is located in South Estonia on a beautiful hillside by Lake Suurjärv. You can enjoy the sunset from the room or while swimming in the lake. Nearby, you can find the Ööbikuorg observation tower Pesapuu, Hinni Canyon, relaxing hiking trails, and more. The ÖÖD house has everything you need for a holiday — a large, comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious terrace with a grill, a toilet, a shower, a cozy interior, and a fantastic panoramic view of nature. Linocut is one of the simplest classic graphic techniques where the printing form is cut out of linoleum by hand. In the workshop, each participant prepares a printing plate in linocut technique based on their own design. You can use the finished printing plate repeatedly and print greeting cards, notebook covers, and beautiful pictures. You can get all the materials from us, but we recommend thinking about your design or searching the Internet for inspiration beforehand. The image should have strong contrasts and clear lines, such as black and white, because linocutting cannot be used for smooth colour transitions.
