The beginning of the story of Pühaste Brewery dates back to 2011 when Eero Mander first began making beer. The brewery in Tartu was opened in 2016.The visit to the Taproom includes beer tasting and a tour of the factory, during which you can hear and see how beer is made. The Taproom can be rented for corporate events, training sessions, and birthdays. To promote craft beer culture, a beer training course and a tour of the factory are also included in the booking.The exact cost of your visit depends on a number of factors – ask for more!

The smell of freshly baked bread blends with the smell of wood creating an especially cosy and homelike atmosphere in the Handicrafts Centre's Café. Almost all the visitors praise the delicious coffee and charming interior of the Handicrafts Centre.Every traveller will get a bellyful and by previous agreement, we also offer refreshments to larger groups. The café's lunch menu includes soups and different main courses, also pizzas. We offer appetizing pies, homemade bread and other tasty snacks as well. We have special menus for groups.There are seats for 20 people in the café; the hall on the second floor accommodates up to 80 people.

Karumetsa Apartment is situated 6 km from Otepää in a picturesque location in the middle of forests and it is only 500 metres away from a small lake.Karumetsa Apartment has four guest apartment that can accommodate five to seven people. All the apartments are spacious and have a balcony, a kitchen, a TV, a sitting corner and a bathroom. The building has a sauna and a hall that also has a kitchen. There are storage spaces for bicycles and ski equipment on site.Bicycle roads start nearby, the Väike-Munamägi Ski Centre is 4.5 km away and the Tehvandi Ski Stadium 5 km away.

Toomemäe Park, a natural hill with a rich history, is one of the favorite places for Tartu residents to enjoy greenery without leaving the city. In the cathedral located here, you can visit the University of Tartu Museum, which provides an overview of the university's history and scientific research, and enjoy the views from the towers' observation platforms. While walking in the romantic English-style park, don't miss the beautiful Angel Bridge with its twin Devil's Bridge, statues, outdoor exhibitions, and university buildings, such as the observatory and the old anatomical museum. The park is accessible with a stroller, there is a playground for toddlers and a sports park for more active visitors.

From early spring until late autumn, a canoe and kayak trip on Võhandu River is an exiting way to have fun and gain new experiences.As an alternative to familiar canoes, we also offer river kayaks. These kayaks are stable, fast, comfortable and safe. A kayak can be easily steered by foot pedals and the paddlers are protected from rain and spray by the deck and the spray skirt of the kayak. Therefore, the weather will not get in the way of your adventure. Come and dine at Väimela Bistro!There are 100 seats in the hall. Guests can rent the cosily decorated hall and order a party table together with a pleasant service or just rooms for a seminar. The two halls seat up to 150. We provide catering services for up to 400 people. Guests can also order breakfast or dinner. There's free WiFi and a bathroom for the disabled in the Bistro.You can also order delicatessens and pastry.

The Kooraste cycling trail runs along gravel roads in beautiful pine forests. There are several beautiful lakes and rivers along the trail. The trail is equipped with signs, but a map is required to complete the trail, which can be obtained from the Kiidjärve Visitor Centre or printed from here. The start and end of the trail is at RMK Erastvere office.You can make a fire at the Kooraste Suurjärv, Kooraste Kõverjärv, and Vähkjärv campfire sites on the trail.
