The Saatse Museum's main building was originally a residential building, then a school building, and now it's a museum. What makes Saatse Museum special are the texts painted on the wall and the opportunity to watch old film clips about the history and religion of Setomaa. The former classroom on the upper floor is set up in the style of the Soviet era. The museum has a spacious outdoor area and a small stage, so it's a nice place to have a picnic. A small hiking trail runs along the border and starts and ends at the museum — it can be walked even when the museum is closed.

Pindi Veinitalu in Võru County is a small winery where unique berry and fruit wines are made from both South Estonian forest products and local raw ingredients. We have wines for every taste – dry, semi-dry, and dessert.The tastings are held at the Andri-Peedo goat farm. During the visit, the Andri-Peedo family will introduce the goat farm while we taste their goat cheeses and the wines of Pindi Veinitalu.

The Musical Instruments Museum has more than 3,000 exhibits, which include various musical instruments, as well as other exciting things from other fields. For example, in addition to musical instruments, you can see and explore speakers, microphones, amplifiers, and effects units from different eras. Ööbikuoru Villa's café-restaurant Andreas offers an a la carte menu based on the food culture of Võru County, modern trends, and the changing seasons. We place special emphasis on local food; a large part of the food we use comes directly from Võru County farms. We believe that delicious food can be found even in the most remote places in Estonia. In the summer, it is possible to organize wedding parties for up to 74 people in an outdoor tent with a lake view or celebrate festive events in a room with a glass terrace that can accommodate 40 people. Time at Andreas is time well spent!

Linocut — where the printing form is cut out of linoleum by hand — is one of the simplest graphic arts techniques. In the workshop, each participant will make a linocut printing plate (10x15 cm) according to their own design, with which they will first print a clean, blind-embossed image and then color images. Prepare for the workshop by thinking of a design in advance or searching the Internet for an image to inspire you. Tip: The image should have strong contrasts and clear lines, like a black and white image, because smooth color transitions cannot be printed with linocut.

We are located in the middle of Võrumaa's forests in the Haanja-Karula recreation area at the intersection of RMK hiking trails. We welcome all nature lovers and families with children.Here, you can find forest bandstands, the legendary Paganamaa, and several sights of South Estonia: Suur Munamägi Hill, Karula National Park, the southern tip of Estonia, Rõuge Ööbikuorg Valley, Koiva-Mustjõe pines, and Luhasoo landscape protection area. Several RMK hiking trails pass through Pähni.You can also camp, go to the sauna, and make a campfire on the premises of Pähni guesthouse. You can order a guided tour from us (including in the Võru language). Interesting activities are offered by the nearby RMK Pähni Visitor Centre.

Kirikumäe's 3.2-km-long hiking trail winds around the lake of the same name, which is known as the best swimming area in the region. There is a bog on the southern shore of the lake and the hiking trail also runs across the bog. For this purpose, a boardwalk has been built there. In any case, however, you must be prepared to get your feet wet here and there. There are information boards, campfires, and forest trails on the track.
