We invite you to visit Agirregoikoa Kennel. We will introduce you to our 20 Nordic sled dogs, all of whom are working Siberian Huskies, and we will talk about the history and present-day conditions of the breed. Our dogs are trained, award-winning sled dogs. We will take the dogs for a walk around the two-hectare orchard. You can pet, hug, take pictures of the dogs, and have a photo session with your favorite dog. Siberian Huskies love people and will be happy to meet you! It is also possible to order a sled ride in addition to the visit.

Villa Tammekann is an architectural landmark, where the Granö Centre of the University of Turku and Tartu operates.The world-famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto designed the building as the home of August Tammekann, Professor of Geography at the University of Tartu. The University of Turku Foundation bought the house from the children of Tammekann in 1998, and then the building was overhauled mainly in accordance with the drawings of Alvar and Aino Aalto. The overhaul was recognised with the Europa Nostra Prize in 2001.The house is part of the National Register of Cultural Monuments and the international IconicHouses network.Groups must book a time to visit the house.

At the TYPA Center for Printing and Paper Arts, we offer a historic photo processing process of Cyanotype, or iron-blue print, in which the image is displayed on paper in combination with iron-containing chemicals and UV light. The result is an image with white lines on a blue background. This allows you to make a gift for a loved one and show photos, a skyline of your drawing, or a dried plant instead. If you wish to use your own photo in the workshop, please send it to us digitally at least one day before the workshop for preparation. On the ground, we're here to mentor you, so you can enjoy the creative process and create something truly special!

We are a meadery, and each drink tells a story of curiosity and creativity; each sip is a tribute to the nature and flavors of our homeland. And, of course, to the invaluable contribution of bees because without them, there would be no mead. Nöösker is Estonia's first modern meadery. We break tradition, combining the wisdom of beer and wine masters in a new way. At the heart of our meads are Estonian honey, berries, fruits, and more exotic spices. Come and discover this restless animal — Nöösker. Bring your companions for a visit (by reservation!), and we will introduce you to the world of mead for an hour and a half.

What does life really look like in the Old Believers' villages by Lake Peipus? This question is answered by Mesi Tare's host, Marko, who takes guests on a walking tour through the historic village of Varnja. This is not a regular excursion but a personal, direct experience in which the village, its people, and their stories unfold through the eyes of a local resident. Marko has been connected to Peipsiveere all his life, and his stories are based on real experiences. He has worked as a border guard, been a fisherman and boat captain, and today he operates as a tourism entrepreneur. During the tour, Marko discusses the customs, architecture, and lifestyle of the Old Believers, as well as the importance of Lake Peipus for the local community. Walking tours are arranged by prior reservation and tailored to visitors' interests and schedules. In addition to Varnja village, you can explore Kolkja village and Kallaste town, each with its own character and story. If desired, the tour can be combined with a visit to the Varnja Samovar House.

Let's make delicious kama truffles together! Kama is often considered one of Estonia's national dishes. In the workshop, we roast kama flour, mix it with creamy filling and flavorful additions, and shape it into delightful balls. Then we decorate the kama truffles. Each participant can prepare 6 to 8 truffles to take home. A pleasant and flavorful experience for every participant! We recommend adding a guided tour or a walk in our yard at the Mulgi Experience Center. In the exhibition house, visitors are greeted with interactive solutions that introduce the culture and history of Mulgimaa in an engaging way. After the workshop, you can meet the center's friendly animals, visit the linen barn, and discover how linen fabric was made in the past. The Mulgi Experience Center opens the door to the essence of the Mulgi people and Mulgi cultural heritage. It is an ideal place to spend a pleasant time with friends or colleagues. Join the long-distance sled dog team training in Tartu County and experience something that not everyone can! Your role is simple but important – you sit on a special terrain cart as extra weight and enjoy an adrenaline-filled ride with a professional racing team. Meanwhile, we will unveil the behind-the-scenes of the sled dog world – discussing training methods, competitions, and the unique aspects of the dogs' work. You will be guided by Estonia's first musher to participate in long-distance races, Heinrich Lukk, whose experience extends to the challenging tracks of Norway and Finland. During the training, you will see a racing team of eight Alaskan huskies in action and practicing simpler practical tasks. The training lasts 2 to 3 hours, takes place from September to November, and is suitable for only one participant at a time, which makes the experience personal and special. Put on rubber boots or hiking shoes, choose weatherproof clothing, and come to Tartu County for an adventure that will be remembered for a lifetime!

Katre Arula`s Handicraft Workshop, where you will find crafter Katre Arula, is located in the courtyard of Põltsamaa Castle. In the workshop's store, you will find high-quality unique original creations and genuine Estonian handicraft items picked personally by Katre. The selection includes: clothes, bags, scarves, belts, gloves, jewellery, candles, ceramics, household textiles and small sweet knick-knacks.Groups can book an introduction of Katre's creation and work. She will demonstrate the items and explain their origin. She also makes custom-made items according to the client's specification.It is possible to book workshops.
