The main exposition of the Lake Museum is live Estonian freshwater fish. Our freshwater fish are not exhibited elsewhere in Estonia in such species quantity.About half of Estonia's freshwater fish live here, including more exotic species, as well as turtles, lake balls, and crayfish.You can visit 2 floor aquariums and 2 large cylindrical aquariums. There are more than 25 different aquariums in total. There is also a collection of fishing gear, an exhibition of primitive fish, and much more!You can book a sauna raft for a pleasure cruise or a sauna session and use a seminar room with a million-dollar view. During summers, a café is open.

Elistvere Animal Park is a special place where you can learn about wild animals living in Estonia in their natural environment. Lynx, moose, bison, foxes, wolves, and more await you here. A 2-kilometer educational trail leads to an observation deck where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Elistvere and an abundance of birdsong. Elistvere Animal Park has a visitor center where you can meet small domestic animals and see the exhibition. You can order guided tours and reserve an event hall; catering is also offered with prior booking. Pets are not allowed in the animal park! Come and get to know Estonia's wild animals!

Come and experience Estonia's vast natural landscapes in a primal way — by dogsled! Karusaare dogsled trips in Tartu County offer unforgettable experiences throughout the year in the forest landscape of Järvselja and the Peipsiveere Nature Reserve in Emajõe-Suursoo. From autumn to spring, we move on off-road carts and, in winter, when there is enough snow, on traditional sleds. You can choose a shorter trip or a longer journey. It is an appropriate activity for the whole family, including children over the age of 3. The hike begins and ends at the sled dog training center, where the instructor shares the necessary safety and driving instructions. On our journey, we take short breaks to water the dogs, and on longer journeys, we stop by the fire to enjoy a bit of heat, light, and warm food. If you wish, you can also order catering to make your trip even more memorable. Trips only take place when the air temperature is below +12 °C and there is no storm warning or wind gusting above 15 m/s.

Between the forests of Elva is a mysterious body of water – Lake Vaikne. The beautiful forest lake is a sight in itself and enchants visitors with its charming nature and silence at any time of the year. The lake has also won the attention of the poet J. Kärner, who at one time often came here to gather inspiration.The place is suitable for a responsible holidaymaker who prefers less populated places and wants to have a breath-taking experience. The lake is suitable for swimming – the water is clean and very warm.Use the wooden bridge to dive into the lake!Swimming is at your own risk!The area is illustrated by the wooden sculptures of the Nature Energy Trail.

Pühajärve Spa & Puhkekeskus invites you to enjoy a pleasant time in its pub, with its historical ambiance, in South Estonia's Otepää. The cozy pub with an open grill kitchen offers delicious meals for every taste. It caters to everyone — the menu includes both traditional pub dishes and fresher flavors for vegetarians and vegans. The drink selection is also diverse. The pub can accommodate up to 100 guests and is a great place to enjoy food and drinks with friends, spend time, and play billiards, darts, or air hockey. During the summer, you can dine on the terrace with a lake view. The pub has a play area and a special children's menu. During major sporting events, we offer you the opportunity to watch international sports events on a large TV screen, and occasionally live music is played in the pub for dancing. The glass walls of the Pühajärve Spa & Holiday Resort Swimming Pool offer magnificent views of Lake Pühajärv and the manor park that surrounds the hotel. You can enjoy underwater music and the pleasant sensations created by massage streams when swimming in the large, 25 m and four-lane pool.shallow end of the pool is 1.05 m deep and the depth of the deep end is 1.85 m, the water temperature is 27 °C. There is a large, relaxing Jacuzzi next to the swimming pool and a there is also a safe children’s pool. You can also use a vapour sauna and a steam sauna.

There are different attractions for children and young people aged 2–16 in the park.The selection of the attractions was done on the basis that they should offer a lot of activities which are rich in fantasy, demand physical dexterity, and develop physical abilities. The selected toys and constructions are of durable materials and have a modern design.There is a basketball court with two backboards, and two learning tracks for cycling. Additionally, there are some picnic tables and benches so that parents are comfortable while waiting for their children, or they can even organise a picnic.
