Elva Song Festival Grounds

Elva Song Festival Grounds, like every other one, has a symbolic and sacred meaning in preserving the Estonian national culture and song festival tradition. While singing together with others, one feels unity and the joy of Estonian freedom.
Elva Song Festival Grounds is located in the centre of Elva, near Lake Arbi in a pine forest. It is not only for song festivals but also a beautiful place for concerts and parties.
The Song Festival Grounds was built in 1951.
On 8 August 2015, a memorial to the Estonian choir conductor and teacher Ants Sööt (8 August 1935 – 17 October 2013) from Elva, who is buried in Elva Cemetery, was erected at the Song Festival Grounds.

Jõesuu Tourist Farm

Families, groups of friends, and pets are welcome at the cozy holiday home of Jõesuu Tourist Farm, located on the shores of Lake Võrtsjärv in Tartu County. Raadi Manor

Raadi Manor, which stands on the border of the city of Tartu, had its glory days in the first half of the 19th century with its magnificent art gallery and library and salon evenings. The manor then belonged to the von Liphart family.The main building of the manor was destroyed by the bombing in 1944. The manor park, together with the ruins of the main building and the gate, are included in the list of national cultural monuments.The area forms a distinctive complex: there is the magnificent manor complex, as well as a woodshed, a water tower, an ice cellar, and a restored wall. In the centre of the complex, there is the natural Raadi lake and the restored manor park.

Valga Museum

The permanent exhibition of the Valga Museum presents the natural, historical and cultural history of Valga county and the city from ancient times to the present day. This is a lively and modern museum where you will never get bored! The photos displayed here show you the history (nature, time, and culture) of the city and county of Valga from ancient times to the present. The museum is also livened up by models, music, and wax figures. Valga Museum also organises educational programmes, museum lessons and creative workshops. Interesting facts: there is a wax figure of the first Estonian Olympic champion, Alfred Neuland, in the museum.Going to the museum is not a waste of time!

Intsikurmu Song Ground

Many people in Estonia and beyond know the Intsikurmu Manor Park due to its tradition of fold song festivals. After all, the first song festivals in Estonia were held in Põlva in 1855 and 1857.The Intsikurmu Soung Ground is still a well-known location for concerts and celebrations. The stage can hold close to 3500 singers, the grounds can hold everyone who is interested in celebrating and dancing.

Emajõgi Cruise with Pegasus

Come enjoy a boat ride on the Emajõe! The riverboat Pegasus offers an opportunity to experience Tartu as a river city, organizing regular trips and charter journeys for up to 75 people, starting next to the Dorpat Hotel. CHECK THE TIMETABLE.The approximate duration of the trip is 1,5 hours. The boat has a café, and Dorpat Catering provides food services for private events. Pegasus was built in 1958 at the Moscow shipyard in Russia and was named Kreutzwald until 1993. In the 20th century, Pegasus conducted multi-day excursion trips (e.g., autumn berry trips) and also regular services, including routes from Tartu to Ihaste, which later became a pleasure trip.
