Boat trip on the Emajõgi River, Lake Peipsi, or Lake Võrtsjärv with the riverboat Diora

Sailing along the Emajõgi River, over the Peipus, Võrtsjärv, and Saadjärv lakes, as well as out at sea, the Viking ship "Turm" is an open vessel which sets out on voyages between May and September each year. Able to accommodate up to 12 passengers: larger groups can take turns enjoying the Viking fun at sea or on shore. In addition to voyaging on water, you can take part in exciting Viking games, and show that you've got the strength required for the journey. Sailing on the "Turm" is best suited to older children, teenagers, young adults, and those who enjoy physical exercise.

The speedboat will take you to the Emajõe-Suursoo delta in the Peipsiveere nature reserve, which hides several different rivers and lakes, where there is room for everyone and it is safe to enjoy water sports.The speedboat, which we will always rent out with a captain, fits seven persons in addition to him. The trips are suitable for children from the age of 7. The speed can be adjusted and the boat can take it slower.Wakeboarding, water skiing or tubing in Emajõe-Suursoo will take around 1.5 hours.

We offer a special Instagrammable boat tour starting from Mesi Tare in Varnja, where we divide the group into small boats. The guide is the owner of Mesi Tare, who will captain one of the boats himself. In other boats, you can be the boat captain! We will explore Old Believer villages, sail along the shore, and moor in various small canals to visit places on the shore, including Voronja Gallery, Lendav Laev home restaurant, the Samovar House, Peipsimaa Heritage Center, and other places. The host of Mesi Tare will take your group on an adventure to Piirissaar, a small island in Lake Peipsi! We start from the Varnja Harbor, where the host will be waiting with a fishing boat. The boat trip lasts two hours, depending on the weather and water level. We will walk with a guide through Piirissaar's three villages and see all the important places on the island, including the Piirissaare Old Believers Museum, the location of the Old Believers' prayer house, the Orthodox church and the Piirissaare Titanic. For lunch, the guide will take you to Zinaida's home, where she will lay out a magnificent table for her guests. (Note: The food must be paid for on the spot.) The day ends with a boat trip back to Varnja.
