Watermill River House is a cosy 55 m2 house on the banks of the Õhne River, with a living room and an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils, a capsule coffee machine, a toaster, an oven, an induction stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a wine cooler.The house accommodates two adults (and up to 2 children for an extra fee). There is a large terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Õhne River. In addition, there is an ÖÖD mirror sauna, a hot tub, a barbecue area, a smoke oven, and fishing equipment. Parties are not allowed in the holiday home. Watermill River House is a country home where you can ACTUALLY have a rest.
We are the largest military adventure indoor play area for airsoft in South Estonia. We have two indoor areas (about 500 + 500 m2) at Pikk 60 and an outdoor area four kilometres from Tartu. Airsoft is a game where participants shoot each other with 6 mm bullets. Recommended age: 10 and above.We also offer the opportunity to play with laser tag guns, which ‘interact’ with each other; therefore, the participants are not actually hit. Additionally, children do not have to wear protective gear. Tartu County Recreational Sports Centre is a holiday complex located 2 km from the city of Elva, in a beautiful natural pine forest. Here, you can play various ball games, try out shooting, and do other sports activities. There is a gym, bicycle rental, and forest hiking trails. The finish of the Tartu Marathon, as well as a climbing town and a playground for children are located in our yard.We have a socket for each caravan and we offer drinking water and the possibility to empty the toilet. The hotel reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and there is free Wi-Fi in the lobby bar.

The 3.5 km trail introduces different forest communities. It can be accessed from the parking lot at the beginning of the trail or the Sihi and Papi campfire sites. The trail runs along boardwalks and paths of varied landscape. It also passes the burial ground of the Manteuffel family and a complex monitoring station. You can camp and make a fire under a cover at the Sihi and Papi campfire sites. The trail is suitable for visitors of all ages, as it is interesting and educational.
