In the sauna, you will be guided by an experienced sauna woman who conducts rituals and creates a mindful sauna experience. Each guided sauna experience is unique – sometimes you need the power of birch branches, other times calming herbal compresses. Even different seasons and moon phases have their own influence. Between the sauna sessions, you can dip in the waves of Lake Lämmijärv only a few steps away. In our sauna, the use of a viht is allowed. The sauna platform has enough room for 5 people. The smoke sauna is in a separate building right on the lake shore.

The largest smoke sauna in Southern Estonia awaits guests on the shore of the pond of Kakulaane Tourist Farm.We heat the sauna with alder for 5–8 hours, depending on the weather and the number of guests. Hot smoke cleans the air and the hot air in the smoke sauna is very healing. When the heating is complete, the sauna is ventilated, and some water is thrown onto the heater to get rid of the excess smoke.After the sauna, you can go for a refreshing swim in the pond in summer. In winter, you can jump into the snow or an ice hole.While in Estonia, you must go to a smoke sauna at least once!

It has the sauna itself plus an entrance way and two party and recreation rooms which seat up to 30 people. There is also a fireplace. The space is ideal for parties, weddings and other events. You can bring your own food or have the farmer's wife cater for you.
