Tehvandi Outdoor Climbing Wall

This 1.2 km long health track starts from Kunimäe plateau by the main building at Tehvandi Sports Centre, where there is a gymnastics set with three different attractions, and then winds its way around Kunimäe Hill. There are seven exercise sets along the track designed to develop different muscle groups and balance. The track is marked by green tape.

The relief of the 10 km ski track of Tehvandi Sports Centre is easy and invites you to ski classic style or freestyle. The tracks starts from the Tehvandi Stadium and initially runs along the Tartu Marathon track, then turn left near Ansomäe and gets back to the start through Savimäe, Kasemetsa, Tehvandi fen and Linnamäe.The track at Tehvandi is suitable for amateur skiers even though it is also used by professionals for training and competitions.

The 5 km running, imitation and Nordic walking trail for trainings is accessible from the upper car park of Tehvandi main building near the stadium and next to the gate of the maintenance house; the trail starts in the middle of the rise of Kunimägi ski track and runs along the area of Hobuseraua, Püksisääre and Ansomägi. The trail has a though relief with difficult ascents and complex descents. The trail is partially covered by sawdust and marked with 15 x 15 cm boards of blue arrows. Pay attention when crossing ski scooter tracks!

Athletes have access to eight sports halls of different sizes and versatile opportunities, as well as a 193 m long running track for both training and competition activities.The sports hall can host spectacular performances, concerts, gymnastics and dance parties, corporate events, and other gatherings. It can also be rented to simply have a nice and sporty time.There is also a café.

Tähtvere Sport Park, located in Tartu's Supilinn area, offers activities for everyone and is ideal for an active day. The sports park has several trail options: an 850-meter asphalt roller track for rollerblading and roller skiing in summer, an 850-meter woodchip running track, and a 1.2 km sprint track. In winter, both the roller track and the sprint track are covered with artificial snow and maintained with a trail tractor, allowing skiing in both classic and freestyle techniques even when natural snow is scarce. One of the most important and internationally known parts of Tähtvere Sport Park is the Tartu Bike Park, which features four key facilities: a skatepark, a pump track, a BMX cross track, and a bike park. These pose challenges for both experienced riders and those trying cycling for the first time. The sports park also offers a variety of exciting activities, including an outdoor gym with different areas, a climbing wall, and slackline tracks. The Tartu Song Festival Grounds and Tähtvere disc golf park are also near the park.

In summer you can hike on the Kääriku recreational trails and in winter you can ski along the hills and valleys of the Otepää Upland. All the skiing, running, cycling and hiking trails are signposted, so you will always find your way safely back to the starting point. There are three hiking trails - the Running Track (5 km), the Lakeside Circuit (2.3 km) and the Seinamägi Hill Circuit (4.6 km). The latter is of particular interest to extreme sports enthusiasts. The Kekkonen hiking trail is perfect for cycling, and you can also cycle along the quiet bicycle and pedestrian track between Kääriku and Lake Pühajärv. The Lüllemäe snowboard and ski hill is located in a naturally beautiful place, marked by the National Geographic yellow frame.The hillside is waiting for all those who enjoy winter. Visitors can use a snow tube track with a cable car.Downhill skiing training takes place on site under the guidance of instructors. Equipment can be rented on site. There are also Lüllemäe ski trails near the hill.Use of sports equipment and the ski lift can be paid for in cash on site.
