Tartu Bike Park

Tartu Bike Park in the Tähtvere district is one of the most diverse and internationally renowned cycling centers in the Baltics. Tähtvere hosts four iconic cycling sites: the largest skatepark in the Baltics, known internationally as the birthplace of the extreme sports event Simple Session; a modern pump track; a BMX cross track; and the most unique bike park in the Baltics, offering challenges for riders of different levels.
Tartu Bike Park is suitable for both professional athletes and enthusiasts, offering an opportunity to try something new, even for those who do not cycle daily. The diverse tracks and elements allow every visitor to find a suitable pace and difficulty level, making the park accessible and enjoyable for first-timers.
The park is located in the green Tähtvere Recreation Park, just a short bike or walk away from Tartu’s city center.
In close proximity to Tartu Bike Park are Tartu Sports Park, Tähtvere playground, Tartu Song Festival Grounds, and Tähtvere dendropark with a disc golf course.

Cafe-Restaurant Suur Muna

Café-restaurant Suur Muna is located in Haanja Nature Park, right at the foot of the highest peak in the Baltics, Suur Munamäe, and is one of the most popular places to eat in South Estonia. The food is primarily made from local and organic ingredients sourced from farmers in Võru County, following the "farm to table" principle. The menu features local snacks, handmade ravioli and pasta, a variety of salads, fish dishes, lamb and game meats, and desserts. The restaurant at Cantervilla Castle with its beautiful atmosphere is perfect for organising weddings and other major events, or simply enjoying the tasty food and friendly service. Additionally, the Cantervilla Castle complex includes a majestic stable hall which seats up to 200 guests. This is the best place for organising bigger events and receptions.

Boat and canoe rental at Jõesuu Home Accommodation

Jõesuu Home Accommodation offers boat and canoe rentals on the Purtsi River for exhilarating water adventures. You can fish, watch birds, take pictures of nature, or enjoy being on the water. We offer a four-person rowboat for rent (with a motor if desired), two canoes for three people, a pedal boat, and four SUP boards. All watercraft can be rented on an hourly basis. For safety, we always provide life jackets. When the day's adventure ends, we will be waiting for you at our cozy holiday farm. Bring your family or friends and begin your vacation in Jõesuu.

Värska sanatorium Hotel

In the Värska resort treatment Center hotel has comfortable and light-filled rooms. Most rooms have enchanting views of Lake Lämmijärv. Standard rooms, family rooms, and suites. Pähni Nature Centre

Pähni Nature Centre is the central point of Haanja-Karula Recreation Area that belongs to the State Forest Management Centre (RMK). In the Pähni Nature Centre you are invited to visit the forest museum, use the library, take a look at the exhibition of postcards depicting forest and get further information on the recreation possibilities provided by the RMK. There is a rest area near Pähni Nature Centre, where you can camp and barbeque, have a picnic or take a swim in summer.
