Luunja Manor Park

Luunja Manor Park was established in the 18th century as a Baroque park by Count B.C. von Münnich and redesigned as an irregular landscape park at the end of the 19th century.There is a rose garden near the park that is a great place for cultural events, picnics, and walks in the summer. In addition to the park, there are also several historical monuments in the exhibition areas of the manor. These include the alleys of the manor, the walls surrounding the park and the garden, the old distillery and smithy, the gardener's house, and a cattle-barn complex.

Restaurant Vapiano Tartu

Vapiano Tartu is part of an international restaurant chain specializing in Italian cuisine, where freshness and quality take center stage. The octagonal café in Toomemägi Park is a unique historical landmark, because there was a small lemonade kiosk in exactly the same place from 1879.Lemonade can be bought from the same place, but there is also a great little café where you can take time for yourself, enjoy ice cream, pancakes, roast, or pastries baked in the cafe while enjoying the views of Toomemägi.

HollyFood is a cosy and unique place to eat on the Tallinna–Tartu highway, under the Estonian Hollywood Hill. Our menu has something for everyone. HollyFood is a fun place to stay for young guests as well – we have a children's menu, a children's corner, and a baby changing mat. The extensive menu includes nutritious roasts (including daily specials), healthy salads, craft burgers, and vegetarian dishes. All dishes are freshly prepared on site. Pallas Gallery

The Pallas Gallery is a contemporary, ever-evolving art space where you can experience fresh Estonian art and ideas from young creators. Exhibitions change approximately every five weeks, offering new experiences each time. The exhibitions feature works by students, lecturers, and alumni of the Pallas University of Applied Sciences, providing a good overview of contemporary Estonian art. The gallery's aim is to introduce and popularize contemporary art in Tartu, bringing the creations of both young authors and collaborative partners to visitors. The spacious main hall is located in the center of Tartu, offering an inspiring setting for enjoying art. In addition, various cultural and educational events are held in the gallery, making the visit more diverse. Wooden house at 24 Lai Street in Tartu

This baroque-style one-storey house, which has an attic floor and a rectangular floor plan, catches your eye when you walk past St. John's Church in Tartu. It is one of the oldest surviving wooden houses in the city. It was constructed from logs in 1725 by Pastor J. Arens Arensite of Nõo upon his return from exile to Russia. It was renovated in 1987.

Monument to Nikolai Pirogov

The monument to the physician who studied and became a professor in Tartu was completed in 1952. The authors of the monument are J Raudsepp, A Mölder, P Tarvas, A Volberg.Nikolai Pirogov was the founder of experimental surgery, topographic anatomy and field surgery. His work made the surgeries performed in Tartu famous all over Russia and also abroad.

Tehvandi Disc Golf Park

Tehvandi Disc Golf Park is located in Otepää, on the hilly grounds of the Tehvandi Sports Center. It consists of a driving range and 18 baskets of different lengths. The disc golf park's winter, half-length 9-basket course starts and ends at the Tehvandi Hotel and runs around the historic Otepää Hill Fort. Discs can be rented from the Tehvandi Hotel front desk, which also has a map of the course that you can take with you. Fresh air and nature await — disc golf is a good way to spend time with family and friends. Come and see for yourself!
