Tehvandi Ski Apartment is a studio apartment with all the conveniences. It is located in a safe apartment building near the Tehvandi Sports Centre, just 300 m from the centre of Otepää. We offer cosy accommodation with modern kitchen furniture and an LCD TV. Guests can sleep in two single beds and a sofa bed. We welcome athletes, families, as well as vacation and nature enthusiasts. There is a small village chapel near the Estonian-Russian border, which the locals call a tsässon. According to dendrologists, the building was built in 1784. During the Second World War, the chapel was hit with a missile, which shifted the building away from its foundation. The missile can now be seen in the chapel.In 2007, the chapel was repaired and with the permission of the owner, you can also go into the chapel. The chapel holds several icons, decorated with beautiful handmade white-and-red kerchiefs.The saint of the chapel is Saint Anastasia, which is why the village celebrates Nahtsipäev on 11 November.

We buy and sell classic art, including pieces by artists of the Pallas school and other well-known Estonian artists, as well as porcelain, gold and silver objects, icons, and other valuable antique items. By prior arrangement, you can also visit us outside of opening hours at a time convenient for you.
The communal granary in Nursi Village by the Võru-Valga road was built in the second half of the 19th century.Building of communal granaries started in Estonia already during the second half of the18th century. The required grain reserve was kept there and peasants could borrow grain for food or sowing.As this is the place of summer spare-time activities in Rõuge Rural Municipality, the Nursi communal granary is also known as Midriait.You can see the unplastered quarrystone building with a hipped roof from the outside.
