Humal Bistro is a diner in central Tartu inspired by French food culture. We encourage family members, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, and well-behaved pets to get together to enjoy good food, carefully matched drinks, jokes, and laughter. Bistro design and French food culture are the keywords that have inspired us when compiling the menu, and they are also the beliefs we follow every day in the kitchen, service, and atmosphere. Bistros are always cozy and welcoming, and we try to reflect the same on our food and drink menus. Simple foods inspired by French cuisine are transformed into high-quality, well-thought-out dishes. We also offer delicious vegetarian meals. All of this is supplemented by an ambitious cocktail menu, an impressive wine cabinet, and one of the city's best tap beer selections. Small and large events can also be organized in Humal.

Põltsamaa Castle has been an important site throughout the centuries and carries a distinguished history – founded in 1272 on the riverbank, it was the residence of Magnus, the King of Livonia, and later evolved into a magnificent Rococo palace. Wars and fires left the castle in ruins, but now it has come back to life and is waiting for you to visit! Today, the castle offers visitors plenty of excitement. First and foremost, it is worth climbing to the viewing platform of the seven-story castle tower, where a captivating view of the city unfolds in every season. The tower is crowned by a restored historical dome, which is unique in all of Estonia. The church, located within the complex, is built directly into the castle's fortification walls and tower, and is open daily during the summer. The convent and gatehouse feature a modern exhibition that tells the colorful story of the castle and the town of Põltsamaa. In the castle courtyard, craft workshops await, where you can watch the work of masters or purchase something interesting yourself. Humala Kalabaas is a unique, family- and child-friendly private fishing spot offered by a home business. Only one group can visit at a time - you and River Emajõgi on your own. A floating campsite with sleeping accommodation for 4 people and a heated room is anchored on the river bank, and you can comfortably fish on the terrace. On the shore there is a log shelter with a sleeping area, a grill, a smoker and a fire pit. Boat parking in the harbor for those arriving by boat. We will show you where to catch zander, eel, and bream and give you fishing tips. If necessary, you can come with empty hands - the equipment is available on site. Most of the customers of recent years come on the recommendation of an acquaintance.

Tartu County Recreational Sports Center Hostel is nestled in the pine forests of Elva, offering athletes, active families, and pets comfortable accommodation and a variety of additional services. The hostel can accommodate up to 38 guests in the courtyard house and offers modern amenities, including a kitchen and saunas. The center features conference rooms, barbecue areas, various sports facilities, including a gym, archery range, shooting range, and sports equipment rental, as well as pleasant forest and hiking trails for exercise. Catering is available at the tavern for up to 60 people, while a further 120 can make the most of our two outdoor terraces.
