Just 20 m from Lake Peipus, there is a cosy place for organising smaller and larger events. Here, Lake Peipus has a sandy bottom and is therefore suitable for swimmers and surfers. Active holiday lovers can enjoy a volleyball court or rent bicycles.The camp site next to the lake is perfect for camping and parking your caravan. We offer accommodation in the main house and small family houses. It is possible to fish in Lake Peipus in the summer as well as in the winter. During the winter period, we offer safe transport to the lake on snowmobiles if you order in advance.

Pühajärv, with its picturesque winding shoreline and four islands, is the largest lake in Otepää Nature Park. At the northern tip of Pühajärv, there is a beach area with a beach house, ball courts, a children's playground, recreation areas, a café, and a boat harbor. At the southern tip is the Kooliranna recreation area, and from there begins the Väike Emajõgi, which meanders through Valgamaa. Pühajärve Park is the starting point for the Murrumetsa hiking trail, and around the lake runs the 12 km long Pühajärve hiking trail, which passes by the lake's most famous spring, the Armuallikas. In winter, when weather conditions are suitable, an ice trail is created on the lake for hiking, and a winter swimming area is open at Pühajärve Beach.Pühajärv has provided plenty of inspiration for writers and artists. For example, Fridebert Tuglas and Eino Leino have vacationed here. Information about Konrad Mägi's Pühajärv paintings can be found on an info board by the lakeshore near the GMP Pühajärve restaurant. In 1991, the Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, visited Otepää and blessed the lake, an event commemorated by a wooden sculpture on the shore of Pühajärve Park.

Veelinnu Farm offers accommodation in three camping houses, which are located on the edge of a pine forest, about 80 m from Lake Õrsava.The first camping house has two bunk beds, the second house has a bunk bed and a wide bed, and the third house has a wide bed and a narrow bed.It is also possible to use the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. The outdoor kitchen has a stove, kettle, and utensils for cooking and eating.You can camp under a pine forest and rent a rowing boat to explore Lake Õrsava. The Upper Härma Wall, also known as Keldri wall, is Estonia's highest Devonian sandstone outcrop. At 150-metres in length, it extends to a height of 19 metres, compared to the valley's edge which reaches a total height of 43 metres. Lower Härma, or Kõlgusniidu Wall, is also close by with a total height of 20.5 metres. Lower Härma, a projecting rock face, is arguably one of the most beautiful walls in the Piusa Ancient Valley, well-known for its brightly coloured layers of clay and majestic pyramid shape. This beautiful area has the added benefit of being host to a fantastic campsite for those wanting to make campfires, located in the meadow at the bend in the river.

In Tartu County, near the Elva railway station, the Väike Väerada trail is one of the area's most popular hiking paths. It is special because of the wooden sculptures inspired by Estonian fairy tales and created by local artists. Small but mighty, Väerada has a healing effect on both the mind and body. The nature trail offers experiences for hikers of all ages and is suitable for exploration year-round. The attractive sculptures not only adorn the trail but also guide the correct path. The forest trail includes several resting spots and exciting attractions for children, making the journey even more enjoyable. The hiking trail ends at the Tartumaa Health Sports Center, where you can continue adventuring on other forest trails, play disc golf, or enjoy playground fun with children under the beautiful pines. Elistvere study trail is located in Elistvere village, Tartu County. The trail is 2 km long back and forth and starts at the Elistvere Animal Park. At the end of the study trail you will find the magical Lake Elistvere with an observation tower offering a great view to the flora surrounding the lake and animals running in the bushy greenery. The information boards at the road help the visitors and there are several observation platforms. The trail can be completed in a wheelchair and with a children's stroller as well.The study trail can be accessed only during the opening hours of the animal park. The animal park has an entrance fee.

St. Paul's Church in Tartu is unique because it is the only Art Nouveau church in Estonia. The church features a national romantic and geometric design. The church is also famous for its two steel bells, which were made in 1922 in Germany. The glass-domed bell tower offers a stunning view of the city of Tartu. It can be reached by stairs, and on the way to the tower, you can see a small gallery that explains the church's history. A visit to the church tower is available for an additional fee. The church has a columbarium, a crypt, and a bookstore. You can also order a church tour, a private organ concert, or catering from the church kitchen.

The Tiksoja hiking trails located near Tartu are suitable for families, amateur athletes and dog owners. The 1-2km circle-shaped trails start from the Tiksoja campfire site parking lot. The versatile trails run along forest paths. The 700-meter trail with compacted gravel cover you will be able to walk with a baby carriage or wheelchair. The 1-kilometre trail features activity areas for children and a fenceless area for dogs, the 2-kilometer trail features an outdoor gym. The trails are characterised by various bridges and crossings, a boardwalk and information boards located at interest points.You can rest at the Tiksoja campfire site with two roofed bench-tables and campfires with grilling griddles.
