The Soontaga hiking trail is located at Kiidjärve-Kooraste recreation area. The hiking trail runs along the typical Southern Estonian mixed forests and arrives at the Väike-Emajõgi river. The hiking trail, which can be completed on foot, runs in a circle.There are several information boards at the hiking trail, which describe the nature of the area. The beautiful bodies of water at the hiking trail are equipped with bridges. In addition to the hiking trail there is the Soontaga campsite with campfire places at the recreation area.If you visit the hiking trail during the season, you might find forest berries or mushrooms on our journey.

Koorküla Valgjärv Lake and the campfire sites are located in Valga County, in the Sakala Recreation Area.Valgjärv Lake has beautiful sandy shores, making it a perfect destination for a family holiday. There is room for several groups of friends in the first campfire site and it is also possible to go swimming there. The second campfire site is perfect for people who value privacy. Camping is allowed in both sites.Good to know: be careful when swimming in the lake, as a manor used to be located at the bottom of the lake and people say that something/someone still lives there.

The beautiful forest lake is a sight in itself and enchants visitors with its charming nature and silence at any time of the year. The lake has also won the attention of the poet J. Kärner, who at one time often came here to gather inspiration.The place is suitable for a responsible holidaymaker who prefers less populated places and wants to have a breath-taking experience. If you are exploring the Onion Route in a campervan or caravan, you can spend the night at Peipsi Caravan camping. The recreation area, which has been transformed into a natural park and is located in an old farmyard, has ten caravan sites with electricity. There is also enough space for campers with tents. You can take domestic water from a well.In winter period (from October until March) you can rent the whole holiday home, which accommodates 6 people. In addition you can relax in the authentic smoke sauna. Sauna heating by prior arrangement.Lake Peipus and the Nina beacon light are only a ten-minute walk away from the recreation area. Enjoy the idyll of the coastal village of Lake Peipus!

Palojärve camping area is a great place for a forest and beach holiday in a beautiful berry and mushroom pine forest on the shore of Lake Palojärv.There are seven covered campfire sites with benches and tree sheds, a roofed table-bench, a toilet for eight people and a toilet for one person, two wood sheds (it is possible to sleep in one of them), two changing cabins, and a swimming pier in Lake Palojärv.In summer, it is often crowded, but the large parking lot can accommodate 30 cars and the two smaller parking lots can accommodate five cars.

Sääniku Farm Holiday Centre is located on the edge of Kavilda Valley, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
