Anna Haava (1864–1957) was an Estonian poet, librettist, and translator who was born on Haavakivi Farm in Pala Parish, Tartu County.The memorial room located in the Kodavere Heritage Centre exhibits photographs of the poet and her relatives, along with a family tree, poetry collections and translations, memorabilia, parts of Anna Haava's correspondence, copies of documents, and a model of Haavakivi Farm.

All the rooms in this hotel have female names with the last letter A instead of numbers. Anna, Dora, Hortensia etc. Hotel has a beautiful big green garden. We help you to plan and conduct weddings, summer and winter events for companies, birthdays etc. We have big garden awning for 100 people. Quests have opportunity to spend leisure time playing pool or mini-golf and it free for accommodating people.

Metsjärve camping houses are located in Põlva County, Puskaru village, in a beautiful pine forest and by a beautiful lake. The historic Postal Road and the Road Museum are in our immediate vicinity.The camping houses are heated and offer year-round accommodation. Our cosy camping houses accommodate four people, but there is room for up to three extra beds. Each camping house has a private barbecue area and some also have a mini kitchen.In summer, for a fee, you can ride a wakeboard or tube at Wakepark. The hiking trail, which starts from Suur Taevaskoda, runs on the high banks of the Ahja River and on the tracks of the menu film The Last Relic. Suur Taevaskoda, the partially preserved Otten or Valgesoo watermill complex, the two-vaulted Otten mill bridge, and the miniature canyon, which became famous thanks to the film The Last Relic, picturesque views of the Ahja River, and a pit of a forest brothers' bunker can be seen on the hiking trail. The trail is marked with green colour on the trees and signs and there are several information boards on the trail. It is possible to camp and make a campfire at the Otten campfire site. When coming by car, the hike starts from Saesaare car park and therefore, the trail is about 2 km longer.

The permanent exhibition Earth. Life. Story. includes nearly 8,000 scientific exhibit items, which tell the development story of planet Earth from the beginning of the universe until the modern day. At the exhibition, you can explore the traces of life from millions of years ago, admire shiny minerals, watch the so-called night airport of butterflies, or track the movement of the placoderm fish from the Devonian era. You can look the first jackal caught in Estonia in the eye and experience the human body through the eyes of a reptile. Visitors will be glad to see the favourites of several generations: the elk, bison, and giraffe. We also have live animals, such as the Python Regius, a turtle, a green iguana, and many other small exotic animals. See you at the Natural History Museum!

Come on an overnight canoe trip around Emajõe-Suursoo, which is known for its rich biodiversity. Traveling by canoe along the rivers and lakes of the bog offers a unique natural experience in places that can only be discovered by water. We start the canoe trip in the silence of the early morning, and it ends the next day at lunchtime. You will get to experience what it's like to sleep in a hanging bed (rental available from the organizer) amidst the sounds of nature at night. The trip includes equipment, tour guide service, trip organization, and meals. The trip is suitable for children aged 13 and above.

We start by meeting in the car park of the Sangaste castle by the yellow window of NG, and will continue from there by bus.The first part of the hike takes us through the Valli quaking swamp on bogshoes. From there, we are going to move closer to the forest park, take a look at the rare species of trees in the dendrological park and enjoy the views across the Juudaoru valley.There will be a picnic at a mystical campfire site.The hike ends in the castle park where you will learn about the history of the manor and rye up to the formation of the cooperation network of Rukkiküla. We will also test the famous echo effect of the castle.
