Võru Sports Centre

Sõmerpalu in Võru County is home to Europe's biggest stationary indoor motorcross hall, the Adrenalin Arena, which provides reasonably priced and comfortable year-round training and competition facilities for professionals, amateurs and enthusiasts alike. We are constantly organising motocross-themed and other special events; our spacious stands are a perfect place for watch the events.You can book motocross trainings, rent bikes and visit the motocross museum of MTÜ Sõmerpalu Motoklubi; there, the trophies, pictures and bikes that were used to win the trophies by sportsmen trained by Sõmerpalu Motoklubi, including the ones of the brothers Leok (racing drivers), are on display.

Otepää is a modern sports facility with a full-size sports hall and a sector for 200 spectators. You can play basketball, volleyball, tennis, football, table tennis and badminton in the sports hall and it also has an aerobics room and a gym. You can refresh yourself in our saunas and steam saunas. You can combine your workout with a business meeting as we also have a meeting room for 36 people. Otepää Sports Hall has also been used as the press centre during major events in Otepää.

The 5 km ski track of Tehvandi Sports Centre is covered with artificial snow and invites you to ski classic style or freestyle. The relief of the track is difficult with some dangerous downhill parts and it is therefore more suitable for professionals. The track is lit until 10:00 pm every evening. The 10 km Tehvandi hiking track is more suitable for amateurs.

In summer you can hike on the Kääriku recreational trails and in winter you can ski along the hills and valleys of the Otepää Upland. All the skiing, running, cycling and hiking trails are signposted, so you will always find your way safely back to the starting point. There are three hiking trails - the Running Track (5 km), the Lakeside Circuit (2.3 km) and the Seinamägi Hill Circuit (4.6 km). The latter is of particular interest to extreme sports enthusiasts. The Kekkonen hiking trail is perfect for cycling, and you can also cycle along the quiet bicycle and pedestrian track between Kääriku and Lake Pühajärv. The relief of the 10 km ski track of Tehvandi Sports Centre is easy and invites you to ski classic style or freestyle. The tracks starts from the Tehvandi Stadium and initially runs along the Tartu Marathon track, then turn left near Ansomäe and gets back to the start through Savimäe, Kasemetsa, Tehvandi fen and Linnamäe.The track at Tehvandi is suitable for amateur skiers even though it is also used by professionals for training and competitions.

Athletes have access to eight sports halls of different sizes and versatile opportunities, as well as a 193 m long running track for both training and competition activities.The sports hall can host spectacular performances, concerts, gymnastics and dance parties, corporate events, and other gatherings. It can also be rented to simply have a nice and sporty time.There is also a café.

Tähtvere Sport Park, located in Tartu's Supilinn area, offers activities for everyone and is ideal for an active day. The sports park has several trail options: an 850-meter asphalt roller track for rollerblading and roller skiing in summer, an 850-meter woodchip running track, and a 1.2 km sprint track. In winter, both the roller track and the sprint track are covered with artificial snow and maintained with a trail tractor, allowing skiing in both classic and freestyle techniques even when natural snow is scarce. One of the most important and internationally known parts of Tähtvere Sport Park is the Tartu Bike Park, which features four key facilities: a skatepark, a pump track, a BMX cross track, and a bike park. These pose challenges for both experienced riders and those trying cycling for the first time. The sports park also offers a variety of exciting activities, including an outdoor gym with different areas, a climbing wall, and slackline tracks. The Tartu Song Festival Grounds and Tähtvere disc golf park are also near the park.

In winter, all skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts are welcome. The valley features 7 slopes, so everyone can find their favourite. There are 4 ski lifts. Artificial snow is produced, so winter fun can last until spring. In summer, you can hike the longer (9.6 km) or shorter (2.8 km) Kütiorg trail, enjoy the lake with a SUP board or water bike, and play volleyball or badminton. It’s also a great place to organise summer days, corporate events, birthdays and other celebrations. The main building houses a café and equipment rental. We also offer accommodation and relaxing sauna experiences. In Kütiorg, sporting challenges meet natural wonders – an ideal place for families, friends and groups.
