Kuningamäe Winter Centre

This 1.2 km long health track starts from Kunimäe plateau by the main building at Tehvandi Sports Centre, where there is a gymnastics set with three different attractions, and then winds its way around Kunimäe Hill. There are seven exercise sets along the track designed to develop different muscle groups and balance. The track is marked by green tape.

The kicksled trip lasts approximately 2.5 hours, is suitable for beginners, and takes place at a gentle pace with breaks. The trip can be enriched with a campfire meal at Maitsemaa Metsarestoran. What is an illuminated kicksled? The illuminated kicksled, developed by Matkajuht, features LED lights that shine in four directions and a comfortable seat. It is not an ordinary sled with a bicycle light or headlamp. It has been specially designed for travel in the dark, so that the light shines discreetly, softly, and diffusely, without dazzling.

The nature trail connecting two cities runs along the banks of the Pedeli River. The asphalt trail is 5 km long. If you find yourself on a boardwalk in the middle of the path, you have already crossed the border. Take the time to climb the stairs to Pudrumägi hill, which offers a wonderful view of the twin cities! There is no rush here – there are children's playgrounds, outdoor gyms, a beach, a recreation area on the peninsula, and even dog parks by the trail. The Lüllemäe snowboard and ski hill is located in a naturally beautiful place, marked by the National Geographic yellow frame.The hillside is waiting for all those who enjoy winter. Visitors can use a snow tube track with a cable car.Downhill skiing training takes place on site under the guidance of instructors. Equipment can be rented on site. There are also Lüllemäe ski trails near the hill.Use of sports equipment and the ski lift can be paid for in cash on site.

Lähte ski trails are located in Lähte small town, 15 km from Tartu.Ski trails are accessible 24 h for free. Lähte has four ski trails in varying lengths: 5 km, 2.5 km, 2 km and 1 km. During the winter, the ski trails are lit until 9 pm. You can also use a 1.25 km trail with artificial snow. Next to the trails, you find a watch tower. Showers are available in Lähte sports hall nearby.

The Kubija health trails and training area, which are 4.5 km from the centre of Võru, offer a range of sporting opportunities to all sports lovers in beautiful natural surroundings. The ca 2 km long rollerblading track and forest trails start from the Võru Sports Centre Kubija ski base. Right at the very start of the tracks is a training area in which you can give all of your muscle groups a good workout.
