Krabi Camping

Krabi Caravan Park is located at the southern tip of Estonia, in Krabi village in Rõuge Parish. Housed in a former school stadium, this quiet park with extensive greenery offers 64 caravan sites with electric and water options. There are spacious grounds for campers, and pets are also welcome.
Krabi is quiet and close to nature – electricity comes from solar panels. The Paganamaa and Pähn hiking trails are nearby, and a village shop and tavern are 500 meters away.
Guests can enjoy a modern service building with toilets, showers, and a kitchenette, as well as a shelter for campers. A sauna with a healing wall of salt is waiting in the outbuilding. Prior agreement is required for use. There are swings and ballfields for kids to have a fun time.
Krabi Caravan Park is prized for its peace and privacy – here you can charge both your caravan and your own batteries. You can also stop longer in the park if you want, as there is plenty of space and quiet.
It’s also the perfect place to stay when you’re on your way to Europe – Krabi is right next to the Latvian border.

Kakulaane Tourist Farm is located in a private, naturally beautiful place in Southern Estonia. Tellingumäe observation tower and recreational area

Tellingumäe's 25-meter-high observation tower offers a beautiful view of the winding Mustjõgi gorges and the hilly landscape typical of South Estonia. Latvia can be seen in the distance, as nearby the Mustjõe River joins the Koiva (Gauja) River on the Estonian-Latvian border. Tellingumäe observation tower is a great place to observe nature and birds. Several rare bird species can be found here. The tower has an RMK campfire site and marked cycling and hiking trails of different lengths, like the Estonian-Latvian joint cultural heritage trail and the Koiva Cycling Trail.

Sääniku Farm Holiday Centre

Sääniku Farm Holiday Centre is located on the edge of Kavilda Valley, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is 25 km from Tartu and 13 km from Elva.The Holiday Centre is a perfect place for a family vacation, weddings, trainings, camps, and for simply enjoying the nature. Here, you can enjoy a smoke- and a Finnish sauna. The complex includes a swing, a health trail, a barbeque house, a ball court, and a children's playground, outdoor kitchen. It is possible to organise events in the party hall with catering. We can accommodate 16 people and it is possible to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The camping site fits 10 to 15 tents.Here, you will be greeted by pure nature, silence, and a welcoming host.Meet you at Sääniku!

Erastvere manor park

Erastvere is one of the oldest settlements near Põlva. There is an old manor park with the tallest lime-tree in Estonia, with the height of 35 m. A chapel of the noble German family von Ungern-Sternberg which is built on the foundation of the former Church of Mary and called after the last family member born in Estonia – Gerhard – is located in the middle of the park. The park also includes the fascinating Lake Erastvere which offers good opportunities to bathe, camp and spend a good time. The Ahja River starts from the north-eastern part of Lake Erastvere.

Pikksaare hiking trail and Pangodi campfire site

The Pikksaare hiking trail begins at the swimming and camping area by Lake Pangodi. While walking along the hiking trail, you can enjoy peace and idyllic views of the lake and the surrounding nature and make a short detour to the War of Independence Memorial. The directional signs placed along the trail will help make the hike smoother. The hiking trail passes the Pangodi campfire site, where you can take a short break, as there is a shelter, a barbecue area, a nice swimming spot, and opportunities for camping. Come and spend a nice day in nature with your family or friends!

Humala Kalabaas – private and comfortable fishing spot with accommodation on the bank of the Emajõgi River

Humala Kalabaas is a unique, family- and child-friendly private fishing spot offered by a home business. Only one group can visit at a time - you and River Emajõgi on your own. A floating campsite with sleeping accommodation for 4 people and a heated room is anchored on the river bank, and you can comfortably fish on the terrace. On the shore there is a log shelter with a sleeping area, a grill, a smoker and a fire pit. Boat parking in the harbor for those arriving by boat. We will show you where to catch zander, eel, and bream and give you fishing tips. If necessary, you can come with empty hands - the equipment is available on site. Most of the customers of recent years come on the recommendation of an acquaintance.

Peipsi Caravan – caravan park

If you are exploring the Onion Route in a campervan or caravan, you can spend the night at Peipsi Caravan camping. The recreation area, which has been transformed into a natural park and is located in an old farmyard, has ten caravan sites with electricity. There is also enough space for campers with tents. You can take domestic water from a well.In winter period (from October until March) you can rent the whole holiday home, which accommodates 6 people. In addition you can relax in the authentic smoke sauna. Sauna heating by prior arrangement.Lake Peipus and the Nina beacon light are only a ten-minute walk away from the recreation area. Enjoy the idyll of the coastal village of Lake Peipus!
