Hummuli health trail

This 1.2 km long health track starts from Kunimäe plateau by the main building at Tehvandi Sports Centre, where there is a gymnastics set with three different attractions, and then winds its way around Kunimäe Hill. There are seven exercise sets along the track designed to develop different muscle groups and balance. The track is marked by green tape.

Each group is introduced to a suitable trail by a company representative, who will also provide additional information on the difficulty and duration of the trip.

The Tõrva Health Trail winds through the scenic park forest surrounding Lake Vanamõisa, following paths through old-growth trees and lakeside woods. It connects Tõrva Gymnasium, the beach area of Lake Vanamõisa, and the gymnasium’s stadium complex. In 2017, it was recognized as the best health sports facility in Estonia. The main hiking loop is 11.1 km long. In winter, the park offers illuminated ski tracks of various lengths. Together with the Tõrva stadium, Tõrva Veemõnula water and sauna centre, outdoor gym, low ropes course, and disc golf track, the trail forms a well-rounded sports complex.

The 5 km running, imitation and Nordic walking trail for trainings is accessible from the upper car park of Tehvandi main building near the stadium and next to the gate of the maintenance house; the trail starts in the middle of the rise of Kunimägi ski track and runs along the area of Hobuseraua, Püksisääre and Ansomägi. The trail has a though relief with difficult ascents and complex descents. The trail is partially covered by sawdust and marked with 15 x 15 cm boards of blue arrows. Pay attention when crossing ski scooter tracks!

The Taevaskoda (Heaven’s Halls) hiking trails offer experiences at every step, regardless of the season and weather. During the hike, we might see a kingfisher while the guide tells legends about the outcrops of Taevaskoda and helps participants recognise the places where the movie Viimne reliikvia was filmed. We will also discuss the relationship between nature and humans over the years. We will agree on the length and theme of the hike with the participants. After the hike, we offer a meal and you can also go to a sauna.If you feel like you need to pamper both your soul and body, be sure to come here. We welcome you during every season. The host of Mesi Tare will take your group on an adventure to Piirissaar, a small island in Lake Peipsi! We start from the Varnja Harbor, where the host will be waiting with a fishing boat. The boat trip lasts two hours, depending on the weather and water level. We will walk with a guide through Piirissaar's three villages and see all the important places on the island, including the Piirissaare Old Believers Museum, the location of the Old Believers' prayer house, the Orthodox church and the Piirissaare Titanic. For lunch, the guide will take you to Zinaida's home, where she will lay out a magnificent table for her guests. (Note: The food must be paid for on the spot.) The day ends with a boat trip back to Varnja.

Terminal Oil Annikoru Disc Golf Park has 18 courses of different lengths, which are suitable for both skilled players as well as beginners. The 2.0 km long winding course is located in a picturesque pine forest.Disc rental is not available on site. Discs can be rented from Nõo Sports Hall on the basis of the price list or from the Tartu Festival Arena information desk based on the price list by presenting an identity document. Discs can be rented at the Tartu Festival Arena from Monday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. The discs must be returned to the information desk no later than 8 p.m. on the same day.Terminal Oil Annikoru disc golf park powered by DiscSport is CLOSED during the winter period.
