Hommik House is located near Otepää in a tranquil, naturally beautiful setting.
Hommik House offers the possibility to rent two houses separately. The large house has four rooms (each with triple occupancy) and a spacious living room with a kitchenette. The sauna house can accommodate up to five people overnight and features a sauna, a fireplace hall, and a small kitchenette. The sauna house is rented year-round, while the large house is available only during the summer.Hommik House is suitable for smaller groups, such as drawing or yoga camps, as well as for barbecue parties and sauna evenings with friends. Additionally, there is the option to rent bicycles and swim in the pond. Transportation service is available if needed.Come and relax with us!

Tiksoja hiking trails and campfire sites

The Tiksoja hiking trails located near Tartu are suitable for families, amateur athletes and dog owners. The 1-2km circle-shaped trails start from the Tiksoja campfire site parking lot. The versatile trails run along forest paths. The 700-meter trail with compacted gravel cover you will be able to walk with a baby carriage or wheelchair. The 1-kilometre trail features activity areas for children and a fenceless area for dogs, the 2-kilometer trail features an outdoor gym. The trails are characterised by various bridges and crossings, a boardwalk and information boards located at interest points.You can rest at the Tiksoja campfire site with two roofed bench-tables and campfires with grilling griddles.

Uppsala House in Tartu

Uppsala House is a typical 18th century citizen’s home – a one-storey building with a mansard roof. In 1993, the cities of Uppsala and Tartu entered into a cooperation project 'Restoration of Old Buildings'. This led to the restoration of Uppsala House, which currently belongs to Tartu City Government.Did you know...? The families of a secretary of the highest Livonian court, a saddle maker, tailors and representatives of many other interesting professions have lived in the building at different times. There were rental flats for students in the building in the beginning of the 19th century.Only the exterior of the Uppsala House can be enjoyed by the visitors!The building is listed in the Estonian National Register of Cultural Monuments.
