The Smoke sauna traditions of Old Võromaa have found their honoured spot on the list of UNESCO intangible cultural heritage of the world. A traditional sauna session lasts at least three (3) hours and the smoke sauna of Mooska Farm can comfortably accommodate eight people. The rich aroma of burning wood is complemented by a whispered note of meat smoked in the sauna, birch boughs, and sauna honey. Since it's located next to a pond, during the winter, you can quickly dip yourself in the nearby icy waters.In addition, the hosts provide guests with thorough explanations about the history, rituals and customs of the smoke sauna, ensuring that every visitor can experience authentic Vana-Võromaa heritage. The peaceful surroundings and unhurried pace allow you to fully disconnect and experience the sauna as a healing and unifying ritual. The Palumägede hiking trail is situated near Lake Pangodi, within the picturesque Pangodi Landscape Reserve, and is an ideal destination for nature lovers seeking an active holiday experience. The hiking trail offers diverse landscapes with pleasantly alternating ups and downs, adding a little excitement to the hike. The starting point of the hiking trail is conveniently located at the second parking lot of Palumägede, where you will also find an information board that gives a good overview of the surrounding nature. Clear signposts and benches along the trail make the walk particularly comfortable. The Palumägede campfire site offers a space for grilling, swimming, and camping.

On Lake Peipsi, massive fog can sometimes rise in winter. The shore edge disappears with the fog and when it gets dark, the light beam of the lighthouse does not pass through it. It is said that years ago, locals rang church bells to help the fishermen find their way to the shore.The reinforced concrete beacon was built in 1938. A beacon is a lighthouse with a visibility of less than 10 nautical miles. The height of the beacon is 11 metres and the height of the light is 14 metres.In spring, the famous icebergs of Lake Peipus can be seen here. This is because of the stone bridge created by the hero of the Estonian national epic, Kalevipoeg.

There is a small village chapel near the Estonian-Russian border, which the locals call a tsässon. According to dendrologists, the building was built in 1784. During the Second World War, the chapel was hit with a missile, which shifted the building away from its foundation. The missile can now be seen in the chapel.In 2007, the chapel was repaired and with the permission of the owner, you can also go into the chapel. The chapel holds several icons, decorated with beautiful handmade white-and-red kerchiefs.The saint of the chapel is Saint Anastasia, which is why the village celebrates Nahtsipäev on 11 November.

Cottages offer a wonderful opportunity for relaxation. There are four cottages for two on the territory, which can also accommodate an extra bed if necessary. The houses and sanitary facilities are accessible to wheelchair users. Pets are not allowed here. Our territory has everything you need for travelers with a caravan car`s and tent (pets are allowed in this area). In addition, there are barbecue areas, a pond for swimming, saunas, a children's playground, hiking trails and the river boat Lonny.
