Enjoy winter fishing with your friends or family in a warm room — or even from bed! The winter fishing cabin is a floating camping house heated by an air heater with six holes in the floor to fish through the floor while you're cozy and warm inside. The heater keeps the room warm at 20 degrees even when it is -25 degrees outside. It is located in the romantic Luunja Jõesadama, which is connected to the fish-rich Emajõgi River. We will show you good fishing spots. You can park your car 30m away. A heated toilet is at the back of the cabin, and a pub is at the nearby harbor. The house can accommodate up to four anglers, and four people can stay overnight. You can rent or buy fishing equipment and use the fishing guide service if necessary.

Gallery pART is located in the Põltsamaa Castle complex; it is an unheated extreme gallery built in a loft, and as we all know: ART is not afraid of the cold. There is a new exhibition of professional art in Gallery pART every month. Anderson Brewery in Tartu offers an excellent opportunity to participate in a barbecue and beer workshop, where you can enjoy grilled meat and taste Estonian craft beers! The workshop will teach you the basics of grilling, such as choosing meat, grilling beef and duck breast fillets, and making chimichurri herb sauce. During the brewery tour, we will taste eight different beers, learn about the history of beer, get acquainted with the brewing process, and explore the factory shop and the backstage of the brewery. If you wish, the brewery sauna will be heated! Come and enjoy this unique experience!

On this snowshoe hike, we travel along the historic winter roads of Emajõe-Suursoo with a local guide. These roads were used over 100 years ago and served as direct routes across marshes and bogs. The winter roads connected isolated communities, and people traveled along them by horse to church, the city, neighboring homes, or weddings. Today, these forgotten roads are only used by wild animals. Emajõe-Suursoo is a charmingly wild natural landscape just 45 km from Tartu. On the hike, we will admire several beautiful primeval forest islands in Emajõe-Suursoo, enjoy the winter silence of the bogs, the wild beauty of nature, and the expansive landscapes. We will surely see traces of activity from the local four-legged and winged inhabitants, as the area is rich in wildlife. We make several stops and definitely taste juicy red cranberries straight from the frozen bog. The hike also includes a small snack break of pastries and hot tea! Come on an adventure with snowshoes on ancient winter roads!

Vikerkaare Villa offers a historic holiday for a guest enjoying peace and cosiness. The villa is located a 15-minute walk from the centre of Tartu, in the green and quiet Tähtvere district. The three-storey Villa has ten rooms (4 single, 4 double, and 2 twin), a large garden, and a sauna. Six rooms are more luxuriously furnished for more demanding guests.
