The fish restaurant Võrtsu Sahver was born from the shared passion of two friends and fishermen, Priit and Raigo, who love nature, fishing, cooking, and coastal living.

Our aim is to value fresh lake fish and local farm produce in a variety of ways and make fish as an ancient foodstuff even tastier for people. Meat and vegetable lovers will also surely find something to enjoy in our menu.
