Humal Bistro is a diner in central Tartu inspired by French food culture. V Café invites you to the second floor of the Kvartal Shopping Center to enjoy a romantic Parisian atmosphere and a special dining experience. Our varied menu will delight every visitor, offering healthy meals, special dishes for children, delicious cakes, sweet and savory kringels, pastries, and other tempting snacks. The café is the perfect place to enjoy a healthy lunch or choose from a tempting display cake.
