The menu includes dishes for vegetarians and vegans, as well as a separate children's menu for the little ones in the family. The drink selection features craft beers, seasonal cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. We also organize cocktail workshops, and concerts, parties, and special events frequently take place at the restaurant. The venue can also be used for conferences and larger celebrations, with a stage for performers if needed. Humal Bistro is a diner in central Tartu inspired by French food culture. Sirje Kruusamäe with her family welcomes you at the Toomemäe Farm in the village of Saabolda. The home restaurant Maagõkõnõ (poppy in Estonian) is the result of Sirje’s long-standing dream. When the family bought the farm, it was surrounded by a poppy field. Now, they are used to decorate the walls of the home cafe.The restaurant serves gourmet local good. Our most popular dishes are pike cutlets, warm cottage cheese, and home-made ice cream, but also delicious pies. The hostess Sirje is a multi-time pie champion of the Seto Kingdom Day!The restaurant is also perfect for cooking workshops, birthdays, and other events.

Hämsa Tavern offers traditional Estonian dishes in which local ingredients take pride of place. Catering is available at the tavern for up to 60 people, while a further 120 can make the most of our two outdoor terraces. Restaurant Wagenküll offers modern comfort in a historic atmosphere, as well as a view of the beautiful castle park. We have an open kitchen, which means the dishes are prepared before your very eyes – the signature dishes of Wagenküll are cooked in a Josper charcoal oven and all year round, we use as much raw ingredients from the forests and farms of southern Estonia as possible. Tasty food and good service are one of the key factors for a great holiday and a successful business trip. The menu is modern but also includes historical dishes characteristic of the castle.
