From Forest to Table
Wild taste experiences across Southern Estonia
From forest to table is happening for the sixth time this year! For 16 days, South Estonian restaurants will offer you exciting and wild taste experiences from a special menu. Each dish will feature at least one Estonian forest ingredient and will be largely made from local produce.
We will publish the participants and menus on October 20.
The South Estonia Flavors campaign is organized by:
South Estonian Tourism Cluster, Visit Tartu, the City of Tartu, Jõgevamaa Cooperation Chamber, Valga County Development Agency, and Viljandimaa Development Center.
