During the Tartu Nature House's natural cosmetics workshop, you can create hand and body creams, body scrubs, and lip balms with your preferred scent and composition. We mainly use organic and natural ingredients – unrefined oils, waxes, and other skin-friendly materials. In the workshop, we share practical advice on where to find high-quality natural cosmetics ingredients and what to look out for when selecting them. We also discuss the effects of cosmetic products on our skin, health, and the environment, and touch on waste.The workshop is organized on the principle that the tools and ingredients used are mostly already available at home or can be easily obtained. All participants receive a recipe sheet to make their favorite products at home. Workshops are held at the Tartu Nature House, but by agreement, we can also come to your event. The starting point of these tracks, which are 4 km from the centre of Võru, is at the ski centre at the Kubija Hotel. The tracks measure 2, 3 and 5 km and are lit until 20:00 from Monday to Friday.

The Town Hall was built in 1865 and its high half-hipped roof, skylights and turrets make it one of the most outstanding examples of historicist architecture in Estonia. In the foyer of the Town Hall, there is a memorial tablet to Johannes Märtson, who was the local mayor from 1902 to 1917.
Tehvandi Holiday House is located in a beautiful natural setting around 400 metres from the main building of Tehvandi Sports Centre, close to Mustalätte Farm.The holiday house has two apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment has four bedrooms (three doubles/twins and one four-person room), a living room with kitchenette, a sauna complex, a bathroom and a WC.The apartments each have an airing cupboard, washing machine, fully-fitted kitchen, television and music centre, and the holiday house is covered by free WiFi. There is also a separate storage room and outdoor terraces.There is a car park by the holiday house as well as a pond with a bridge and an area in which to relax and enjoy your free time.
The former Mattiesen Print House on the corner of Ülikooli and Vallikraavi Streets is also a noteworthy architectural monument in the centre of Tartu. Printer Carl Gottlieb Mattiesen bought the plot in 1848 and the print shop of the University of Tartu was moved into the wooden house. A stone annex was added to the building later.The building was redesigned in 1997 (architect M Raid) into a café-museum, bookstore and pub. Wilde Pub and Café operated in the building for a long time. A group of bronze sculptures depicting Oscar Wilde and Eduard Vilde was opened in front of the building in 1999 (authors M Karmin and T Trummal).
