Kärde Peace House is a small hut on the southwestern edge of Kärde Manor Park. It is said that the peace treaty between Russia and Sweden was signed here in 1661. The Peace House is open all year round and every day.

Elva Song Festival Grounds, like every other one, has a symbolic and sacred meaning in preserving the Estonian national culture and song festival tradition. While singing together with others, one feels unity and the joy of Estonian freedom. Elva Song Festival Grounds is located in the centre of Elva, near Lake Arbi in a pine forest. It is not only for song festivals but also a beautiful place for concerts and parties. The Song Festival Grounds was built in 1951. On 8 August 2015, a memorial to the Estonian choir conductor and teacher Ants Sööt (8 August 1935 – 17 October 2013) from Elva, who is buried in Elva Cemetery, was erected at the Song Festival Grounds.

During the Tartu Nature House's natural cosmetics workshop, you can create hand and body creams, body scrubs, and lip balms with your preferred scent and composition. We mainly use organic and natural ingredients – unrefined oils, waxes, and other skin-friendly materials. In the workshop, we share practical advice on where to find high-quality natural cosmetics ingredients and what to look out for when selecting them. We also discuss the effects of cosmetic products on our skin, health, and the environment, and touch on waste.The workshop is organized on the principle that the tools and ingredients used are mostly already available at home or can be easily obtained. All participants receive a recipe sheet to make their favorite products at home. Workshops are held at the Tartu Nature House, but by agreement, we can also come to your event. The Männikjärv bog study trail is located within the Endla landscape protection area of Jõgeva County. Beginning and ending in Tooma, the walking trail is marked by blue-streaked trees and runs for 7.3 km. The trail takes about 2 hours to complete.A high observation tower, standing 7 m tall, provides a beautiful view of the entire Männikjärv bog. Did you know...When the water is high, some parts of the bog may be impassable. If you want to stay at Männikjärv, organize a public event for more than 20 people or if you want to drive on all-terrain vehicle, you must first apply for permission from the manager of the protected area – the Estonian Environmental Board.

The canoe raft consists of three interconnected canoes, to which a platform for comfort has been added. One canoe raft comfortably accommodates 6–11 people, four or six of whom will have to paddle. In total, we have four canoe rafts. You can have a picnic, take photos, catch fish, sunbathe, etc. on the canoe raft. Small children, grandparents, and even smaller pets are also welcome on the canoe raft trip.About 20 sandstone outcrops are exposed on the Taevaskoja reservoir, which makes it one of the most unique and beautiful lakes in Estonia. Take a picnic basket and bring your friends to Taevaskoda!
