Värska Farm Museum is a unique place in Setomaa, offering comprehensive insight into the life of a wealthy Seto fortified farm in the 1920s. It is a great place to experience Seto culture, architecture, and traditions. The building complex includes a smoke sauna, a residential building, a clothing, dining and granary barn, an animal barn, a hay barn, a men's workshop, a threshing floor, a blacksmith's shop, and a pottery factory — you can get an overview of the entire Seto architecture. The museum also houses genuine Estonian farm animals. Various workshops are offered upon reservation, such as making sõir, bread making, and crocheting Seto lace, among others. The largest handicraft shop in Setomaa is open under the threshing floor! Come visit us!

If you are exploring the Onion Route in a campervan or caravan, you can spend the night at Peipsi Caravan camping. The recreation area, which has been transformed into a natural park and is located in an old farmyard, has ten caravan sites with electricity. There is also enough space for campers with tents. You can take domestic water from a well.In winter period (from October until March) you can rent the whole holiday home, which accommodates 6 people. In addition you can relax in the authentic smoke sauna. Sauna heating by prior arrangement.Lake Peipus and the Nina beacon light are only a ten-minute walk away from the recreation area. The Kalevipoja Chamber located in Jõgeva County, Kääpa includes the Kalevipoja Museum, the Kalevipoja Adventure Park, the Kalevipoja Playground and the Saare community center. In the Kalevipoja museum, you can get an excellent overview of the Estonian national epic "Kalevipoeg" and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the most important events in a playful way. Anyone who wishes can listen to the epic as an audiobook or sit in the "Plane" and watch a short film about places in Estonia related to Kalevipoja. In the Kalevipoja Adventure Park, you can test yourself between the earth and the sky by choosing either a higher or a lower path. Those who wish can also play disc golf. In Kalevipoja's playground, unique Kalevipoja-sized tools or his furniture are placed. And the best thing - all these items have turned into a kind of attraction in the playground, where you can spin, swing or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings... You can also hold birthdays and seminars here. Various events can be organized in the public house. The large hall can hold approx. 100 people, the small one 30.

The University of Tartu Art Museum is located in the historical University Main Building and has Pompeian-style interior. The museum’s permanent exhibition consists of sculptures, mostly from the antiquity – original size plaster cast copies of the best works of Archaic, Classical, and Hellenistic Greece. The Art Museum also displays many ancient originals: coins, vases, clay lamps, and cuneiform tablets. There is also the mysterious mummy chamber, where you can find a genuine Egyptian mummy. You can also visit the beautiful Assembly Hall of the university and the student lock-up in the attic.

Cafe Johanna dates back to 2016 when we took part in the Home Cafes Day. The positive feedback from the visitors made the host so happy that they decided to offer taste experiences more than once a year.Cafe Johanna offers a variety of flavours: morning coffee with delicious pastry, with a selection of the best rolled biscuit in town, wind pockets and eclairs, and of course, Pavlova cakes. The Tartu Song Celebration Museum is located in a 19th-century classicist building, where the organizer of the first Estonian Song Festival and founder of the national theater, the Vanemuine Society, operated. The first Estonian-language play, written by Lydia Koidula, premiered here. Koidula was a prominent female poet of the Estonian National Awakening, who thereby laid the foundation for the Estonian national theater. The museum offers an introduction to the Song Celebration tradition as well as the 150-year history and heritage of the Vanemuine Theater. Visitors can take part in interactive exhibitions, virtual reality experiences, workshops, and guided tours. The museum park is also open during opening hours.
