The art of papermaking began 2,000 years ago in China. In our craft paper workshop, you can learn how to make paper from recycled materials, as was done centuries ago. You can put flowers or other design elements inside the paper, and give the finished paper a lacy pattern under the press or make it mirror-smooth between the metal plates.In the workshop, we will give an overview of different techniques and possibilities. Each participant can make three sheets of craft paper (A5 format).

Our four apartments on Ülikooli Street, right on the edge of Old Town, were created in collaboration with four different Tartu artists: Kairo, Maikro, Ralf Sannikov, and Viktoria Berezina. Each room bears the name of an artist and reflects the character of their creations. In collaboration with Mikrogalerii, we have created a vibrant art experience that extends beyond the apartment walls. You can encounter the works of these authors on the streets of Tartu and in the newly developed creative district Mikro-Venice. tARTu Apartments are an integral part of Tartu's modern art scene. All apartments have contemporary furnishings and are equipped with everything necessary, including WiFi, kitchen utensils, a French press, bed linen, and towels. The washing machine is shared. We offer contactless check-in and local recommendations to truly feel present in tARTu – not as a tourist, but as part of the culture. For us, art is a value, not a decoration. Therefore, we share 10% of our profits with the artists.

Vein ja Vine is a cosy wine bar that offers quality wines at affordable prices with a great ambience and friendly service. We offer wine courses to those who already know a little about wine and those who know slightly less! We can draw up a course plan according to your wishes and make it an enjoyable experience with some great wines.You can also rent our premises for various events, such as private parties or meetings.

Mokko is suitable for those who love nature, peace and quiet. We can accommodate individual tourists, families with children and groups of up to 40 people. A small group or a company can organize an event or a training here without being disturbed by other visitors. Our guests can use a large hall and a fully-equipped seminar room in the main building; you will be accommodated in two suites with all conveniences and two double rooms on the first floor of the main building and in six double rooms with all conveniences in the new barn.In addition, you can rent the privately located sauna by the pond (up to 4 people) and our outbuilding (up to 4 people).

Want to spend some lovely time with your friends while doing something practical?Nahastuudio studio offers workshops where participants will get to make a unique and colourful leather bracelet under the guidance of the leather designer Tiina Andron. We will use pieces of leather, rivets, and press-fasteners of different colours.The workshop is suitable for everyone (from school age).During the workshop, participants will get to explore Antonius Courtyard, see different items being made, and listen to the designer talking about her work.Information about the workshops of Nahastuudio studio is available HERE.

Erastvere is one of the oldest settlements near Põlva. There is an old manor park with the tallest lime-tree in Estonia, with the height of 35 m. A chapel of the noble German family von Ungern-Sternberg which is built on the foundation of the former Church of Mary and called after the last family member born in Estonia – Gerhard – is located in the middle of the park. The park also includes the fascinating Lake Erastvere which offers good opportunities to bathe, camp and spend a good time. The Ahja River starts from the north-eastern part of Lake Erastvere.
