Away from city noise, peaceful surroundings create a slower rhythm that supports both focus and meaningful togetherness. Accommodation is provided in traditional thatched-roof holiday houses and authentic summer cabins. Depending on the season, we can host 25 to 45 guests, with additional camping space available during the summer.
For our catering, we value local ingredients and create solutions tailored to your event. The brewery at Käbliku Farm enriches the visitor experience by offering the opportunity to learn about the brewing process and taste handcrafted beers on-site. Rustic seminar rooms, a cozy event hall, and a spacious outdoor area by the reservoir combine work and relaxation into one seamless experience.

From early spring until late autumn, a canoe and kayak trip on Võhandu River is an exiting way to have fun and gain new experiences.As an alternative to familiar canoes, we also offer river kayaks. These kayaks are stable, fast, comfortable and safe. A kayak can be easily steered by foot pedals and the paddlers are protected from rain and spray by the deck and the spray skirt of the kayak. Therefore, the weather will not get in the way of your adventure. Karlova Harbor Caravan Park is a modern caravan park with a great location in the center of Tartu. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Emajõgi River, the park offers electricity, wastewater and greywater disposal, as well as toilets and showers. The price includes a parking space, drinking water, electricity, a toilet, garbage collection, and the option to dispose of wastewater. For an additional fee, it is possible to rent a sauna and do laundry. The adjacent caravan building also houses a café and rooms for seminars and meetings. Nature Tours Estonia bogshoe hike in Emajõe-Suursoo

Emajõe-Suursoo, located in Tartu County, is home to dozens of bog islands and pristine nature, where a local guide can take you on an adventure. Since humans rarely set foot here, the area is home to a diverse range of species. Using bogshoes, we will walk across the bog islands and explore their primeval forests. We will definitely see traces of animal and bird activity and maybe even meet the local inhabitants themselves. If you are lucky, you may find a proud eagle owl or moose antlers during the hike. The trip also includes a light snack. The hike is suitable for children aged 12 and above. Friendly pets are welcome too!

Seto Line Day Trips to Piirissaar

During the summer months, we depart on selected dates at 9:00 AM from the quay next to the Tartu Market Hall for a journey to Piirissaar. Piirissaar is the only permanently inhabited Estonian island in Lake Peipsi. The north-eastern part of the island has three villages (Piiri, Tooni, and Saare). Most of the inhabitants of Piirissaar are Russian Old Believers whose main activities include fishing and growing onions. The boat trip to Piirissaar takes 4–4.5 hours, with approximately 2 hours planned for independent exploration and dining on the island. The estimated return to Tartu is around 21:00.
