In the weed food workshop, we will:- talk about which weeds to eat and which ones to leave in the forest;- study what is good about weeds and how to make the best use of it for our health;- prepare several weed dishes: for example, bread chips with dandelion pesto, mild nettle soup with smoked quail, weed pie with spring salads, and various healthy green smoothies.You can also try out exciting herbal teas and weed chips.Each participant will learn new weed recipes and experience real culinary delights!The workshop will take place at the request of the client in Tartu or Southern Estonia.

Pindi Veinitalu in Võru County is a small winery where unique berry and fruit wines are made from both South Estonian forest products and local raw ingredients. We have wines for every taste – dry, semi-dry, and dessert.The tastings are held at the Andri-Peedo goat farm. During the visit, the Andri-Peedo family will introduce the goat farm while we taste their goat cheeses and the wines of Pindi Veinitalu.

At Mooska farm, pork is smoked in a traditional way in a smoke sauna.The meat is salted for seven days and smoked in the gentle alder smoke of the smoke sauna for about 40 hours. The result is mouth-watering, brown-surfaced, aromatic smoked meat that can become addictive. We have warned you! Also try talvõvõid - a bread spread made from smoked bacon and garlic. Mooska Smoke Sauna Farm is a recognized producer in the UMA MEKK network, whose products meet the criteria of the regional quality label. The octagonal café in Toomemägi Park is a unique historical landmark, because there was a small lemonade kiosk in exactly the same place from 1879.Lemonade can be bought from the same place, but there is also a great little café where you can take time for yourself, enjoy ice cream, pancakes, roast, or pastries baked in the cafe while enjoying the views of Toomemägi.
