The A. Le Coq Beer Museum lets you see, hear, and taste the story of beer. You'll learn brewing history from ancient Egypt to the present day. The museum displays the ingredients needed to brew beer, describes the brewing process, and exhibits old production facilities. The heart of the museum is the historic malt tower, where the exciting 200-year history of A. Le Coq unfolds. At the end of the visit, you can enjoy a cold beer or lemonade at the museum's bar and peruse the gift shop. You can visit the museum on your own or with a guide.

The anatomical theatre, which served as a workplace for many famous doctors and scientists in the 19th century, was completed in 1805 on the southern slope of Toome Hill, Tartu, at the site of the former Swedish-era Carl Gustav bastion. It was originally designed by Johann Wilhelm Krause as a neoclassical rotunda. In 1825-1827, semicircular wing buildings were added to the building according to Krause's design. The anatomical theatre acquired its present shape after the last major extension was completed between 1856 and 1860.Medical Collections of the Medical Faculty of the University of Tartu are available at Science Centre AHHAA.

Värska Farm Museum is a unique place in Setomaa, offering comprehensive insight into the life of a wealthy Seto fortified farm in the 1920s. It is a great place to experience Seto culture, architecture, and traditions. The building complex includes a smoke sauna, a residential building, a clothing, dining and granary barn, an animal barn, a hay barn, a men's workshop, a threshing floor, a blacksmith's shop, and a pottery factory — you can get an overview of the entire Seto architecture. The museum also houses genuine Estonian farm animals. Various workshops are offered upon reservation, such as making sõir, bread making, and crocheting Seto lace, among others. Vastseliina Episcopal Castle is a place worth discovering in South Estonia for its 14th-century castle ruins, interactive activities, and interesting history as a sacred site. In the Middle Ages, the castle was a famous pilgrimage destination: by order of Pope Innocent VI, pilgrims who saw the miraculous cross in the castle chapel received a release from penance activities imposed on them for 1 year and 40 days. During the Northern War, the castle was destroyed by Peter I's troops, and only its ruins remain. The sacred pilgrimage site on the ruins of the former church is marked by a large cross, benches, and a sound installation featuring spiritual music. Nowadays, you can also visit the Vastseliina Episcopal Castle Medieval Experience Center and the Episcopal Castle Pilgrimage House. The castle ruins, sacred site, and experience center can be visited independently or with a guide upon prior arrangement. Additionally, refreshments and medieval feasts for groups are offered at the former Piiri Tavern.

The Mõniste Museum is the oldest open-air museum in Estonia; here you can light a fire in a Stone Age tepee or practice archery, slinging or lassoing. You can also learn how to make bone and earthenware objects, weave fishing nets and fabric, grind grain or bake a loaf of Stone Age bread. The threshing barn dating back to Czarist times features the interior of the 19th century building, tools, household utensils and clothing. The farmhouse from the times of the first Republic of Estonia exhibits the tools that blacksmiths used, horse necessaries, handicraft tools, national costumes, folk music instruments, etc. You can also try what farm works felt like at that time.

The KGB Cells Museum, known as the "Grey House", is a historical museum in Tartu, where the NKVD/KGB was located in the 1940s and 1950s. The basement of the building, where the cells were located, is open to visitors. Several cells, the punishment cells, and the basement corridor have been restored to their historical form. The prison cells are filled with an exhibition that provides an overview of Estonia's post-war struggle for freedom and the crimes of the communist regime. Here you can see photographs and objects from Siberian prison camps, as well as materials on the history of the Forest Brotherhood and secret resistance organizations. Angel Bridge is one of Tartu's symbols and a popular place among both locals and tourists. It offers a beautiful view of Toomemäe Park. Angel Bridge, designed by Johann Wilhelm Krause, was completed in 1838. On the bridge is a bas-relief of the first rector of the University of Tartu, Georg Friedrich Parrot, with the inscription "Otium reficit vires" or "Rest restores strength." There are several legends surrounding the bridge. For example, it is believed that if you take a deep breath before stepping on the bridge, run across the bridge, and make a wish, your wish will come true.
